I was on 29 September 2025 at Lockman hekim clinic for breast and eyelid reduction.All my fears and doubts were in vain. From the very beginning of my enquiry at Bookimed to the last taxi ride to the airport after the procedures, everything went without a single obstacle. Everything went smoothly and smoothly. We arrived very early, we were taken to the clinic and our interpreter Olga was already in touch with us. We were placed in a beautifully decorated room, on the same day all the necessary medical parameters were taken. The doctor clearly explained what would happen and how it would be done. We were in the clinic for 3 days and then to the hotel. It was also clean, beautifully designed, rich breakfast. I recommend Lokman Hekim and Dr Marat Yaman if you want to change your appearance.

Food, staff, I can't single out anything, everything was good.

I liked everything from the beginning (meeting me at the airport) to my departure. Everything was well thought out, accessible, competent and friendly. The doctor gave me enough time, answered all my questions. The operation was successful. I spent the rest of the day and night in the clinic. The ward was perfect, the care of the medical staff was excellent. Diana the interpreter was my guardian angel. Friendly, competent, responsive to all my requests and wishes. The journey was very comfortable and fast. The driver was polite and caring, which made the journey even more pleasant.
