I breath perfectly now after surgery and my nose is a lot straighter

I felt very secure and taken care of through the entire experience. All of my inquiries were answered very promptly by both the bookiemed coordinator, the assistant, and my doctor (Dr. C Altindąg), is very experienced and talked me through what to expect and analyzed my nose very thoroughly. I breath perfectly now after surgery and my nose is a lot straighter (I had a severe deviated septum and other complications from a past surgery that he identified and corrected including a mirgrated graft and a droopy tip). I'm still quite swollen but look forward to seeing final results in a few months.

The assistant/interpreter was so attentive, responsive, and personable which made the whole experience so relaxing.

I would have enjoyed being asked if there was anything specific I wanted/did not want for my nose

I'm still healing from my surgery but so far I'm very happy with the result and would recommend the hospital and clinic, and would like to reassure anyone going abroad that you'll be in good hands!

Had a rhinoplasty at B care hospital and the care the team provided was amazing. Just wanted to write this to reassure anyone looking into it, as my family were concerned about me heading out to Thailand to have the procedure as a lot of families would be. The hospital and clinic were sparkling clean. The co-ordinator, nurse and doctor were all just lovely and very attentive to my needs. There was no difficulty communicating with the doctor who went through exactly what would be done during the procedure. One thing I was happy about was the 2 nights in hospital - other places I looked at only gave you one night, or even home the same day. Being sleepy after the surgery, I wouldn't have wanted to go back to my accom the same day. I was grateful I had the lovely nurse Mariko looking after me. Also the room at the hospital was lovely - spacious and bright with a nice en suite and all the facilities you would need. I also realised I had tonsillitis on the day I left the hospital (I think I got it before I even had the surgery) and the team were very caring and made sure I had all the medications I needed for that too, before going back to my accommodation. I'm still healing from my surgery but so far I'm very happy with the result and would recommend the hospital and clinic, and would like to reassure anyone going abroad that you'll be in good hands! Bookimed were also really good at keeping in touch and my coordinator Marsela was patient while I took my time to decide if I was going to go ahead with the procedure in the first place, and was always there to answer any questions I had. All very much appreciated!

I can 100% recommend this clinic and surgeon

I was nervous travelling to a different country where I don’t know the language for this operation. Also this surgeon and hospital was about 20% cheaper than other offers and I hoped that wouldn’t be reflected in the quality of care. I shouldn’t have worried! I felt taken care of the whole time. They went above and beyond to make sure I was Ok. Ismael my co-ordinator and translator was lovely and professional. The doctor did an amazing job with my nose and I am so happy with the results. I can 100% recommend this clinic and surgeon.

The wonderful Dr Ergin Er listened carefully to my wishes regarding surgery for my nose. He did a wonderful job and I am absolutely delighted with the result! The best assistant and interpreter of the doctor Varvara helped during the whole treatment, she translates into Russian qualitatively and quickly. Varvara and the doctor were always in touch with me after the operation, responding to my messages almost instantly. The medical staff was caring and friendly, help was provided promptly. The hospital prepared delicious food for me after the operation and I recovered quickly. My nose was large and not an easy case for Dr Cem Altindag to work with. The results AMAZING!!!! It looks so natural and matches my face perfectly. The Dr and his assistant both responded in the middle of the night to a question I sent them after the surgery. That is outstanding care!! I picked Dr Cem because he specializes in noses and is highly rated. I am working to take my daughter there soon for him to work his magic on her nose also. Before and two weeks later pictures! I'm very impressed with the outcome

I'm very impressed with the outcome. Bookimed assistant was helpful and arrange a virtual consultation with the consultant. While English was not his strong fort, his expertise made up for it. The staff, especially Margi was extremely valuable as she speaks fluently English. Her knowledge and expertise was well appreciated as well as her care and attentiveness. The staff was nice. I did rhinoplasty and liposuction and I'll very impressed with the outcome. Post op care was provided. The nose did not hurt post op in comparison with the liposuction, which was quite uncomfortable. Not painful, numb and tender I suppose. As to the cost, it's fairly competitive.

Dr lux , quality , no bruising after rhinoplasty , good doctor . I was hungry, the hotel can be found better for such money. The nurse after the operation pricked 3 times hands not qualitatively. Who has fear to needles, blood, and I have this fear, on my request to call a specialist, I was refused. And so everything is good, fast healing . I recommend the doctor . 7 day after surgery

Honestly, the best experience ever

Honestly, the best experience ever. I was so scared and skeptic about have a rhinoplasty in Turkey but Bookimed staff was beyond helpful 24/7 and the Istanbul Aestethic Center was the cleanest, best clinique. Doctor Gurhan saved my nose, an expert. He spoke very calm, explained me everything in English, asured me everything will be alright and i couldn t be more thankful for him and the entire clinique stuff. I 200% recommend this clinique and this doctor. Truly kind people. Thank you again!

I loved how well they treated me the entire time i was there. Everything went smooth and perfect.

Very few people speak english and this was a bit challenging and made the comunication much harder. The doctor and 1 guy spoke english perfectly and explained me everything.

The clinic is wonderful, everything is modern and clean. People are kind and helpful, they will help and advise you in everything. The doctor I went to is a professional in his business, immediately understood my request and the next day was the operation, he did a great job. Upon Arival To Istanbul i was guided every single way. I was transported to and from hotel and airport. Ismael from the hospital was the highlight of my time spent in Istanbul as he helped each and everything needed. Procedure went smooth and the doctor Salim was amazing. He has the experience and talked me through everything slowly about the surgery. Aftercare was spot on and was assisted by a doctor nearly every hour upon my night stay in hospital. They also assisted my Uncle in getting a Skin Tag Removal procedure which was done within the same day. My uncle was also very happy with how this time in Istanbul was. Overall my time in Istanbul and Luqman Hekim Hospital was 10/10 and would highly recommend it. Thank you for everything.
