Best Clinics and Costs for Osteotomy rhinoplasty in 2026

I felt very secure and taken care of through the entire experience. All of my inquiries were answered very promptly by both the bookiemed coordinator, the assistant, and my doctor (Dr. C Altindąg), is very experienced and talked me through what to expect and analyzed my nose very thoroughly. I breath perfectly now after surgery and my nose is a lot straighter (I had a severe deviated septum and other complications from a past surgery that he identified and corrected including a mirgrated graft and a droopy tip). I'm still quite swollen but look forward to seeing final results in a few months.

I liked everything overall. Initially, I was very afraid, starting with the flight to another country, the transfer to the hotel and the operation itself. But the calmness and poise of the doctor and his team completely dispelled my doubts. 5 hours after the operation I returned to the hotel. Which is also very good because the hospital ward is the worst for me. Exactly after a week I took off the splint, my nose was still swollen. The nose is proportional to my face. When the swelling goes down it will be smaller

To say that I was shocked by the doctor's approach to treatment is to say nothing. My impressions to you, just do not wish to experience. The operation was agreed in advance counselling and my wishes. The day of the operation came. In the morning I was picked up from the hotel and with an interpreter, I went through all the analyses. On the question when I will have a meeting with the doctor I was told at 9 am then I pointed out that I am allergic to one drug. But they wouldn't give me any medication before the operation without the doctor's consent. When I was already changed clothes for the operation ( I apologise myself in underwear, in an operating gown ) came the doctor and began to explain to me on his hands that it can not be like this, as I want and he sees it all differently. He began to explain to me with his fingers how it will be. Interrupting the interpreter. The interpreter couldn't keep up with the translation. Hurrying me to make a decision. I replied that I couldn't make a decision without seeing any pictures of what was waiting for me. Then after about an hour of dialogue, the doctor corrected the curvature of my nose on the telephoto in front of me and said here's what awaits you and covered the tip of my nose with his hand. Again we heard my refusal, to which I was told there is no time and I have to make a decision. They told me there was no time and I had to make a decision. My wishes were ignored. What was agreed upon before the operation was changed. My wishes were to correct the curvature and to change and reduce the tip of the nose. The result of the operation is that the curvature was not corrected and the septum remained the same. But the cartilage was grown on the side, which I did not ask for at all, and the nose was visually enlarged and the tip was corrected. Now I'm just shocked with my appearance to say the least. Everything was done at the discretion of the doctor. He ignored all my wishes. Putting me in front of the fact. Without showing me a single photo of what's in store for me. Explaining it to me on my fingers.

I had a septorhinoplasty with Dr Ergin Er at Istanbul aesthetics plastic surgery centre, and had an incredible experience!! Everyone was incredibly supportive and helpful. Elviira, my Bookimed coordinator, was amazing at answering any questions I had (which was a lot!) and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I was checked up on after my visit and also when I returned after a few weeks, with full end-to-end support. I had a smooth transition to Yasin, my medical manager, who was flawless at arranging travel and all logistics and also incredibly helpful with aftercare instructions. I did not have to worry or take care of anything myself. The hospital was clean, modern and comfortable and made sure I was ok at all times. The staff were incredibly attentive and more than happy to help answer any questions I had and made sure I didn’t feel nervous going in. My husband who stayed with me throughout was also well taken care of (given meals and bedding to stay next to me overnight), which was hugely appreciated. My surgeon, Dr Ergin Er, was very professional and reassuring- I’ve previously had a septoplasty in the UK which he needed to correct as well as performing the rhinoplasty as we had planned. There were no hidden or extra costs and I’m finally able to breathe clearly (like I was supposed to when I had surgery in London). He clearly communicated realistic expectations and what would suit my face I’m currently almost a month postop and couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! He has done the most incredible job and it is better than I could’ve hoped for I can’t wait to see what it looks like as it heals further but he’s truly turned my biggest insecurity into my new favourite feature! The after-care was fantastic and the recovery process was very easy. All the staff at the hospital were incredible and took such great care of me which I couldn’t be more thankful for. Overall, I had an amazing experience and i’m so pleased with how it’s turned out. I was fully taken care of from the first message to now. Originally I was a bit nervous about travelling abroad for surgery and wasn’t sure what to expect but this whole process has been so easy and smooth that I would absolutely do it again and recommend it to others. Everyone was so supportive and great at calming my nerves and reassuring me throughout every step of the way. I couldn’t be more thankful to my surgeon and the rest of the team for the amazing work they did.

My nose was large and not an easy case for Dr Cem Altindag to work with. The results AMAZING!!!! It looks so natural and matches my face perfectly. The Dr and his assistant both responded in the middle of the night to a question I sent them after the surgery. That is outstanding care!! I picked Dr Cem because he specializes in noses and is highly rated. I am working to take my daughter there soon for him to work his magic on her nose also. Before and two weeks later pictures! What I liked most was the medical expertise, honesty, transparency, and friendliness of Dr. Mehmet Melih Cicek. I came into the consultation with a relatively clear idea about my nose, and Dr. Cicek took a lot of time to examine my nose in advance to see what was possible with my nasal structure and what was not. He then directly and realistically informed me about what he could change about my nose and what (probably) could not be changed. It was a purely aesthetic surgery, and he placed great importance on the functionality of my nose, not just its appearance, which speaks highly of him as a doctor. It has been two weeks since my surgery, and I am already more than happy with the result! I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Cicek! The German-speaking translator Songül was also very nice and helpful and always available. She accompanied me to all appointments with Dr. Cicek, which was a great help and took care of everything. The hospital stay was very good, the room was very large, clean, and modern. The nurses were nice and took good care of me after the surgery. The transfer service from the airport to the hotel and back, as well as from the hotel to the hospital, was also very good. My medical coordinator Yeva from Bookimed, with whom I was in contact from the beginning via WhatsApp, was very friendly and helpful and guided me well through the entire process. Additionally, he is always available, and I receive quick responses from him even after the surgery.

Initially there were doubts. But everything went very well. I was met at the airport, then taken to the hotel (I wanted to note that the transport was at the highest level, very comfortable and comfortable). The hotel room was not disappointing either, even better than I expected. The next day the operation took place (brought to the clinic, taken back). I would like to note that I am very grateful for the availability of an interpreter ( the girl is very nice, friendly, very helpful 🙏 ). For a long time I couldn’t decide on this operation, but in the end everything went quickly and conveniently. The price included the hotel and transfer from the airport and back and transfer to the clinic and back. The hotel enters with one more person, I flew with a friend. Breakfast for 2 is included. Having a translator is a big plus, even though I practiced my English. The doctor and assistant are very nice. Everything went smoothly, and Istanbul was already explored. It’s a pity that I didn’t manage to lose weight 😅 I’m happy with my nose, the shape is as I wanted, although it’s still a little swollen, only a week has passed and I’m already at home and even working.

That was the best experience what I could imagine. The whole trip was nice organised. From the first steps till the last everything was more then good. I will start by thanking Stanislav, the coordinating doctor of Bookimed, with whom I contacted at the beginning and who suggested that I do rhinoplasty at the Clinic of Nose Aesthetics with Dr. Cem Altindag. I liked the professional qualities of the coordinator - I found out the answers to my questions, agreed on everything in advance and flew to Istanbul without fear. Dr. Mohammed treats patients wonderfully. He was always ready to help in solving any problems and questions. Thanks to this, the stay in Istanbul turned out to be joyful and comfortable. The surgeon himself, Cem Altindag, is a very experienced doctor. He simultaneously listens to the wishes of the patients and finds the best solution, taking into account the realism of the wishes and the well-being of the patient. He is a very honest person and cares about doing his job well. The final result can be seen only after a while, but the operation itself went well and the initial result was very pleasing: everything is as expected, and most importantly, it looks natural. I am grateful to bookmed for helping me choose a clinic. Everything that was promised was fulfilled in full! We were met and organised everything very efficiently in terms of time. The interpreter Akilai was very good, she solved all our queries and questions very quickly and was available 24/7. Dr Hakan - hair transplant and Dr Ibrahim Renoseptoplasty are very competent. I would like to mention Dr Hakan in particular, he was very attentive, friendly and open, explained everything and took care of us...The doctors did a great job and now everything depends on how carefully their recommendations will be followed during the rehabilitation period.

I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone involved in organising my operation. Starting with my arrival, my flight was cancelled, so I had to change my tickets and arrived very late. I wrote to my consultant Stanislav and he and the clinic reassured me, saying that they would pick me up at any time and take me to the hotel. Despite being a 4-star hotel, it is very nice and cosy, and the staff are friendly. After the operation, I stayed at the clinic overnight, as I had flown in alone and was afraid to go straight to the hotel. And that was the right decision. The medical staff were very competent, changing my dressings and performing all procedures on time. When I pressed the button, they came immediately and helped me with everything. Special thanks to my doctor, who is a true professional. I am glad that I chose him. The interpreter was very good, a pleasant and kind girl who was always on time and translated clearly. I was taken to and from the dressing and examinations on time. I am very happy with my medical trip and, of course, with the result. Had a rhinoplasty at B care hospital and the care the team provided was amazing. Just wanted to write this to reassure anyone looking into it, as my family were concerned about me heading out to Thailand to have the procedure as a lot of families would be. The hospital and clinic were sparkling clean. The co-ordinator, nurse and doctor were all just lovely and very attentive to my needs. There was no difficulty communicating with the doctor who went through exactly what would be done during the procedure. One thing I was happy about was the 2 nights in hospital - other places I looked at only gave you one night, or even home the same day. Being sleepy after the surgery, I wouldn't have wanted to go back to my accom the same day. I was grateful I had the lovely nurse Mariko looking after me. Also the room at the hospital was lovely - spacious and bright with a nice en suite and all the facilities you would need. I also realised I had tonsillitis on the day I left the hospital (I think I got it before I even had the surgery) and the team were very caring and made sure I had all the medications I needed for that too, before going back to my accommodation. I'm still healing from my surgery but so far I'm very happy with the result and would recommend the hospital and clinic, and would like to reassure anyone going abroad that you'll be in good hands! Bookimed were also really good at keeping in touch and my coordinator Marsela was patient while I took my time to decide if I was going to go ahead with the procedure in the first place, and was always there to answer any questions I had. All very much appreciated!
