I would recommend the whole team for this positive experience
I had otoplasty at the Quartz clinic via Bookimed, Everything went really well, from the transport from the airport to the hotel, including the operation and the return journey. Everything went really well, from the transport from the airport to the hotel, including the operation and the return journey to the airport hotel, I appreciated the proximity of the hotel and the clinic - you only had to cross the road. The clinic staff were very pleasant and professional, the surgeon did a very good job, I'm satisfied with the result, and the translator also did his job. I may come back for another surgery. I would recommend the whole team for this positive experience.

During the preparation, we asked them to apply anesthetic cream to the lower part of the face, which they refused, saying it wasn't necessary. However, this step was essential for the patient's comfort, and its absence caused intense pain, which was completely avoidable!!! This lack of listening and empathy is regrettable, especially in a setting where attentive care for well-being is expected. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience at this practice, particularly thanks to the professionalism of the nurse and the expertise of the surgeon, both attentive, reassuring, and highly competent. Their explanations were clear, and the follow-up was impeccable. However, I was disappointed by the welcome and behavior of the assistants Gizem and ihmed… Lacking patience and sometimes hasty, they do not reflect the level of quality expected in a practice of this renown. It's a shame, as it detracts from the overall experience.

you made it all feel a great experience
I travelled solo for treatment and the support I received from the start of booking with Bookimed before travelling whilst at my clinic and on my return home was great always there to support me and my clinic in Istanbul was fantastic that they recommended would definitely use Bookimed again if was thinking of any more treatment they found quartz clinic in Istanbul for my otoplasty so pleased with everything thanks you made it all feel a great experience

Coordinator Olha was very patient with my questions and requests, over a long period of time, as I was very apprehensive about booking. We eventually agreed upon a clinic which suited me and my needs. Everything went smoothly until the morning of my procedure, when I was told by the doctor that they could not perform the procedure due to the fact that I was taking Asprin. This information was given to Olha, who in turn was to ask the clinic. I was informed that the clinic agreed to proceed even though I was taking Asprin, I was happy with this as other clinics would not. This was nearly a completely wasted trip for my wife and myself. I had to sign a waiver at the clinic to proceed, which I did, and everything went fine. Better communication between Bookimed and Clinic is a must. The hotel that was organised for our stay was very adequate, but definitely needs better soundproofing. Staff and location was great.

I am grateful to all the people at Quartz Clinic and bookimed who were involved in this important event for me and helped me to have a positive experience without a single negative
I can leave a positive review about Quartz Clinic and the bookimed service. There were some fears during communication with the service (especially after encountering negative reviews on the internet), but in the end I was satisfied with my experience. From the service I was supported by the manager Ekaterina. I would also like to leave her a positive feedback for her quick and competent answers in WhatsApp. All the conditions of the clinic were in full conformity with reality. And as for Quartz Clinic: a modern clinic with good service, friendly staff and doctors. In addition to my surgery, the service package included a good hotel and a transfer (even when I changed my hotel at my own request, I was still picked up by a transfer to another address not close to the clinic). The clinic was attentive to me and my words (and fears of the surgery itself), which really eased my worries. My coordinator at the clinic, Ali, made a huge difference to my experience as a whole, being really human and supporting me during the surgery with his communication, distracting me from my creepy feelings. And also always stayed in touch on messenger, giving full feedback, answering my queries. The surgery itself was excellent, the doctor inspired confidence in me and I found him to be absolutely competent, I would go to him again for any surgery with confidence. I am grateful to all the people at Quartz Clinic and bookimed who were involved in this important event for me and helped me to have a positive experience without a single negative.

Place and Date of Birth: 1975, Bafra/Samsun

Op. Dr. Abdül Kerim Yapıcı completed his primary and secondary education in

his hometown of Bafra. After graduating from Bafra High School in 1992, he

enrolled in the Gülhane Military Medical Academy (GATA) Military Medical

Faculty, completing his medical education in 1999. Between 2000 and 2002,

he served as a Consulting Physician at Eskişehir Military Hospital. In 2002, he

began his specialization in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at

GATA. He successfully completed his specialization in 2007, earning the title of

Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery Specialist.

Between 2007 and 2012, he worked as a specialist doctor at Eskişehir Military

Hospital. He then continued his career as an Assistant Professor at Ankara

GATA and the Health Sciences University Gülhane Training and Research

Hospital, Department of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery.

Dr. Yapıcı is married with three children and is proficient in English. He is also

a member of the Turkish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic

Surgery, as well as the Reconstructive Microsurgery Association
