I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Hisar Hospital Intercontinental in Istanbul for the high professionalism, attentiveness and care shown at every stage of my treatment. I underwent hysteroscopic removal of several endometrial polyps, including one large one measuring 3 cm. Everything went perfectly - from the initial consultation to the surgery and post-operative care. Special thanks to my doctor - Op. Dr Berna Buse Kobal. She inspired confidence from the very beginning, explained everything calmly and clearly, acted very carefully and confidently. After the operation I felt great, without pain or discomfort. The nurses and all the staff of the clinic were very attentive and helpful. The atmosphere in the hospital is clean, modern, comfortable and absolutely safe. I would also like to thank Julia, a Bookimed employee, who helped me with counselling and organising the trip. We made the decision literally at the last moment: we were informed from Dushanbe in the evening, flew out at night, and already in the morning I was in the clinic. Everything was organised perfectly - meeting, hospitalisation, surgery on the same day, and in the evening I was already relaxing in the hotel and feeling great. Hisar hospital was great, rooms were large, clean and they had the latest medical equipment. The doctor (dr. Tayphun Apuhan) explained to us in detail the procedure (it was a tympanoplasty for my wife) and the surgery went perfect. The hospital staff was great, the nurses took very good care of us and the experience was a 5/5 at all times. The doctor also offered the least intrusive solution to my wife's problem so her recovery was quick and successful. The provided translator (which was needed as my wife does not speak english) was great and she guided us throughout the whole treatment phases. I highly recommend this hospital, doctor and bookimed for anyone seeking a tympanoplasty or other ear related surgery.

In my opinion, everything is just top-notch, starting with the doctor and ending with the staff. The transfer was well organized. An interpreter was provided, and the hotel was booked. I also want to express my gratitude to the coordinators, as they were always in touch. We even managed to make some good friends.

Excellent experience. I traveled from Mexico to have cochlear implant surgery. Pre-operative studies, post-operative follow-up, and only the agreed amount was paid from the beginning, not a dollar more we had to pay. I had never had this experience in a hospital before. The whole procedure was fast and without complications, they checked me 3 more times without any problem. They helped me resolve all my doubts and concerns, always with excellent response through whatsapp. I sincerely recommend and thank everyone involved in Hisar Hospital. I hope I never have to go back, but if I need to, I will not even look elsewhere.
