- any concerns of mine were answered swiftly and effectively by translator and medical staff
- the facilities were top notch and very clean
-the only thing i would want improvement in is in a few nurses who cannot understand basic english
- the staff really listened to my personal concerns and delivered accordingly
-the facilities were very clean and good
-just the lack of english in a few nurses
