In the same year, he started his assistant training in Istanbul Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital, Department of Otorhinolaryngology, and received the title of specialist doctor in 2009. He did his compulsory service in Bayburt state hospital between 2009-2011 and his military service in Balıkesir Military Hospital between 2011-2012.
