I would like to thank all the staff of Aesthetic Centre for the smiles on their faces when meeting each patient, for the perfectly organised treatment plan, for their attention to the patient's needs, for the professionalism in their work and for the very friendly, cosy atmosphere. Dr Yergin Yer speaks little, but his golden hands work wonders with transforming people. Also a huge thank you to the interpreter Varvara! She was on call from the moment we arrived at the airport until we left back, held my hand before the operation and was just a good support. Transfer drivers Hasan and Ermulla, lovely, friendly and always smiling ! Thank you very much for a comfortable journey around Istanbul!

Le séjour s est très bien passé,J avoue qu au départ, J étais assez stressé .J ai effectué une implantation de cheveux avec le Dr Oya Sisman qui a prise son temps pour m expliquer les différentes étapes après avoir étudié mes besoins.Elle à ensuite utilisé et adapté la meilleure technique pour effectuer les implants capillaires avec son équipe agréable et très professionnelle :méthode fue Saphir.J ai aussi effectué une rhinoplastie avec le professeur Gurhan Ozcan qui est un virtuose dans son domaine.En effet, il a rectifié une 2eme Rhinoplastie.De façon magistrale. Après avoir vu les photos avant et après J en suis arrivé à la conclusion qu il était plus proche du magicien que du chirurgien esthétique.S est vraiment très impressionnant.Bien sûre,Je n ai pas encore le rendu final car les opérations ont été effectuer il y a peu près 10 jours.Mais sur ma proche expérience,je ne peux que conseiller cette clinique et son équipe

I had a septorhinoplasty with Dr Ergin Er at Istanbul aesthetics plastic surgery centre, and had an incredible experience!! Everyone was incredibly supportive and helpful. Elviira, my Bookimed coordinator, was amazing at answering any questions I had (which was a lot!) and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I was checked up on after my visit and also when I returned after a few weeks, with full end-to-end support. I had a smooth transition to Yasin, my medical manager, who was flawless at arranging travel and all logistics and also incredibly helpful with aftercare instructions. I did not have to worry or take care of anything myself. The hospital was clean, modern and comfortable and made sure I was ok at all times. The staff were incredibly attentive and more than happy to help answer any questions I had and made sure I didn’t feel nervous going in. My husband who stayed with me throughout was also well taken care of (given meals and bedding to stay next to me overnight), which was hugely appreciated. My surgeon, Dr Ergin Er, was very professional and reassuring- I’ve previously had a septoplasty in the UK which he needed to correct as well as performing the rhinoplasty as we had planned. There were no hidden or extra costs and I’m finally able to breathe clearly (like I was supposed to when I had surgery in London). He clearly communicated realistic expectations and what would suit my face I’m currently almost a month postop and couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! He has done the most incredible job and it is better than I could’ve hoped for I can’t wait to see what it looks like as it heals further but he’s truly turned my biggest insecurity into my new favourite feature! The after-care was fantastic and the recovery process was very easy. All the staff at the hospital were incredible and took such great care of me which I couldn’t be more thankful for. Overall, I had an amazing experience and i’m so pleased with how it’s turned out. I was fully taken care of from the first message to now. Originally I was a bit nervous about travelling abroad for surgery and wasn’t sure what to expect but this whole process has been so easy and smooth that I would absolutely do it again and recommend it to others. Everyone was so supportive and great at calming my nerves and reassuring me throughout every step of the way. I couldn’t be more thankful to my surgeon and the rest of the team for the amazing work they did.

The wonderful Dr Ergin Er listened carefully to my wishes regarding surgery for my nose. He did a wonderful job and I am absolutely delighted with the result! The best assistant and interpreter of the doctor Varvara helped during the whole treatment, she translates into Russian qualitatively and quickly. Varvara and the doctor were always in touch with me after the operation, responding to my messages almost instantly. The medical staff was caring and friendly, help was provided promptly. The hospital prepared delicious food for me after the operation and I recovered quickly. Overall, the hospital is cosy and pleasant, everywhere is clean and sterile, the cleaners are meticulous about cleanliness. I express my great gratitude to Dr Ergin Er, Varvara, medical staff of the hospital! ❤️ Definitely recommend for the best results for your beauty and health!
