The coordinator Svetlana helped us with the organisation of the trip (airport-hotel transfer, clinic hotel (each visit), airport hotel, programme selection, etc.). I would like to express my gratitude to her for her kindness, for the way she managed to make us feel at ease, for her professionalism (she clarified in detail what was bothering us and together with the clinic in online format selected a check-up programme), for her humanity and for her support.
