Ilker Tinay

Ilker Tinay is a urological oncologist at Anadolu Medical Center. He performs robotic surgery and neo-bladder reconstruction. Tinay is an Executive Board Member of the Association of Urooncology. He also conducts bladder cancer research.

Specialization and Surgical Approach

Dr. Tinay treats urological cancers using minimally invasive techniques. He uses the da Vinci Robotic System for radical prostatectomies, nephrectomies, and prostatic adenomectomy. These methods provide surgical precision while reducing patient recovery time. He performs these procedures to treat prostate and kidney cancers.

The doctor performs neo-bladder reconstruction – a surgery that creates a new bladder from intestinal tissue after bladder removal. This procedure preserves the patient’s ability to urinate naturally. He also treats adrenal tumors, kidney cysts, and testicular cancer. Dr. Tinay offers Aquablation Therapy for benign prostatic hyperplasia.
