Hello everybody. Thanks to the Clinic for a successful operation. To the Neurosurgeon Mustafa Onaz and Professor Gohan. We are diagnosed with Brain cancer, the last stage, malignant. The tumor was twice as large. They saved my husband's life. Masha Allah. The operation was 8-9 hours. they deleted everything, I consider this a record. It was a difficult operation. Well done. The gynaecologist was great I had a good meeting and surgery went well. But I didn’t have any contact with him afterwards. So I didn’t know if my bleeding was normal, I had to google everything . And the Endconolgist was great! But the amount the hospital wanted for blood work was crazy. They wanted $800 American dollars.

I was approached in December 2019 regarding the treatment of hepatitis C by my mother. I liked everything from the escort on the record, when the doctor coordinator picked up Tatyana took the tests and helped with translating them into English, and clarified the convenient time for making an appointment, do we have tickets, have the hotel and transfer booked and will I need help. Then Olga from the Care Department agreed on a time for us. The only minus is that they didn’t provide information on the cost of transfer to the hospital, wrote that a request would be made to the clinic and most often gg was free, but in the end it turned out to be paid and in the direction back 2.5 times more expensive, but this is rather a question to directly to the hospital. On the spot, they were satisfied with the work of the Indian doctor and Russian-speaking specialist Svetlana, who accompanied the transfer during the appointment, conducted her mother to the doctor’s appointment and tests, and helped to get the medicine at the pharmacy. The required amount for the entire course was not available, so Svetlana offered to deliver to the hotel in person. The prices and quality of services pleased, the doctor’s appointment 900 rupees, taken tests (4 blood tests) about 4,000 rupees. Sofosbuvir + Velpatosvir cost 53,000 rupees per course. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank Professor Gross, as well as all the staff of the Asclepios clinic in Hamburg for their high professionalism, efficiency, sensitivity and attention to patients.
About a month ago left an application on the site bookimed, within an hour I was contacted by coordinator Katerina, immediately offered several clinics specializing in oncourology. The choice fell on Asclepios in Hamburg, in particular, Professor Gross.
Within a week, thanks to Katerina's efforts, prof. Gross, determined the tactics of treatment and already in a week there was immediate operation. There were some doubts that the nephrectomy could be performed laparoscopically, but the golden hands of prof. Gross know their business. The postoperative period went smoothly, recovered quickly.
During the week of the stay, there were no complaints about the work of the staff: attentive, sensitive and affable. Conditions are more than comfortable. The language barrier was not a problem due to the well-coordinated work of the translators Lydia Goncharenko and Vladimir Fissenko.
Separately, I want to once again express my gratitude to coordinator Katerina, who was always in touch, quickly resolved all sorts of difficulties.
