We were diagnosed with internal and external hydrocephalus in a newborn. While searching for clinics, I accidentally came across the Bukimed platform. They immediately responded to my request and assigned a personal medical coordinator of the platform Olga Romaniuk. Very responsible, always in touch, she competently selected us a clinic florence ningtingale hospital and signed us up for an online consultation with Professor Ilhan Elmachi. After that we were assigned a manager of this clinic for online consultation Alisher, (by the way, he speaks several languages, including Turkmen, which was a big plus for us). Alisher is also very responsible, always in touch, selects convenient for us time for consultation, helped us to hold an online meeting without delays and interruptions. I am very satisfied with the work of Elmachi docor. All questions were answered. Special thanks to Elmachi's translator 🫶🏻. I recommend from the bottom of my heart

We would strongly recommend this team to any foreigner visiting Turkey for treatment

I landed on Bookimed while searching for further treatment.. One Dr.Hilal got in touch with me and guided me through the different options available to us. We eventually settled on Florence nightingale hospital and immediately got in touch with Alişer, who walked with us through our preparation and arrival in Turkey as well as the hospital visits. He was kind enough to guide us on what was expected and was always available even at odd hours . The doctors at the Hosp led by Prof Elle and Prof Yusef, treated us with utmost professionalism. They calmly guided us through the process and made us understand what we are dealing with. They were not quick to rush into any interventions.. we felt very safe in their hands. I feel renewed

Successfully myomectomy Surgery My uterus, my decision: First of all, I am genuinely grateful to Prof Cem Iyibozkurt of Florence Nightingale Istanbul for saving my uterus, which doctors in the UK have declared damaged and useless and saying that the only option for me was a hysterectomy, and I was totally against it. I recently had a successful myomectomy at the end of March 2025, which removed 81 fibroids, and the largest fibroid was a size 21x20 cm. I was diagnosed with multiple fibroids in August 2023, which were in different locations. I had a protruded stomach, and I looked like 6 months pregnant. The fibroids also pressed on my pelvic nerves, causing my left leg to swell and causing excruciating pain. They were also pressing on my internal organs, causing my kidneys to swell, and I became incontinent because they were pressing on my bladder, and I could not empty the bladder. My menstrual blood was so heavy I had to request my employer to work remotely during my menstrual month as I needed to change pads regularly or change clothes in case they had overflowed. I researched and came across Prof Cem Iyibozkurt with the help of Bookemed medical coordinator Olha and medical coordinator Alisher, who arranged my first video consultation with Prof Cem Iyibozkurt. After a video consultation, I agreed on the date for my surgery, and then Olha and Alisher arranged all my appointments, hospital transportation, and airport pick-up. I am genuinely grateful that my surgery went successfully. I spent 3 days in the hospital. On the discharge day, I felt good and confident enough to walk and had less pain around the stomach area. Today is week 4, past surgery; my scar is healing beautifully and is invisible. You won't even know that I just had a myomectomy surgery. All the discomfort I used to have is gone. No more incontinence pads and my left leg no longer causes pain or gets swollen. I feel renewed. I would recommend Prof Cem Iyibozkurt and Florence Nightingale Istanbul Hospital to any woman looking for the best doctor and hospital for myomectomy surgery.

I liked all the arrangements from the first time I contacted the medical coordinators to the last day I returned to my home country. They were kind, good listeners and responded to my specific demands.

Thank Allah that we met him and he did a good surgery

Many thanks to Dr Bora Basharan and Alisher Durdiev! Diagnosis: carcinoma on the tongue. Alisher was very helpful with the choice and full support during the treatment. He gave us confidence in choosing Dr Bora Basharan by telling us about his professionalism and humanity. The most important thing for Alisher was the patient's health and to organise the diagnosis/surgery so that the patient gets the best results. We are very happy about this. We could not decide on the treatment (we were waiting for answers from South Korea) and Alisher did not give up to provide us with doctor's answers, answer our many questions and help with organisation. His ability to speak excellent Russian helped a lot in communication. The first meeting organised by Alisher went well. The doctor explained everything about the surgery and gave us peace of mind due to his experience as a highly specialised ENT surgeon in oncology. The operation went well and the follow up health checks. The recovery is good. We read many positive reviews online about Dr Bor Basharan which gave us more confidence. The reviews are true. After the surgery we were given a room with excellent food and the recovery was good. Thank Allah that we met Alisher and Dr Bora Basharan, for his golden hands, good surgery and organisation. I, Temirbek Ormotoev came from Kyrgyzstan, I chose Florence Nightingale Hospital which was helped by bookimed company and the staff of this company liked me, especially I am happy to deal with Professor Ahmet-Tunch Ozdemir. Today is the 3rd day after the operation performed by Prof Ahmet-Tunç Ozdemir. The operation was done wonderfully, I am satisfied and also the hospital conditions and medical staff were top notch, everyone is polite to the patients, especially the head nurse and nurse Linhai were very good at patient care. Why did I choose Florence Nightingale specifically? Because this hospital is one of the advanced hospitals in Turkey and there is a DaVinci robotised system. I have a neoplasm in my kidney over 30 mm. Prof Ahmet-Tunç Ozdemir performed the operation within 1.5 hours and he has golden hands. Dear readers, if anyone wants to be treated abroad, come specifically to Florence Nightingale and find Prof Ahmet-Tunç Ozdemir and you will not go wrong with your choice. I was discharged on the second day after surgery, I feel great and recovery is underway. In terms of the cost of paying for the surgery, compared to other clinics in Turkey, it is realistic and inexpensive. Mr Ahmet-Tunc Ozdemir, my family and I wish you good health, longevity, good luck in everything and that you stay for a long time saving patients from various diseases, Allah help you.
