First consultation; paid all that money and nobody had looked into my case. I’’ve spend hours and days creating my profile with Mariana and some other woman. Images and all.
During the consultation all we talked about was “I don’t have anything” “I canoot tell you; I don’t have any images” and so on.
It was the most expensive talk ever; not because of the amount of money. But because of what I paid for (to be told; I don’t have the images) when in fact you guys did and I worked hard to make the deadline fo make it all possible and be ready for the consultation.
When i finally reached Dr. Oliver; he smiled and talked with empathy.
You would have gotten away with earning a quite big amount of money, with just telling me that nobody had looked into my vase; because of the lack of images. Nobody suggested on their own; to just have an other consultation free of charge.
I feel so sad for the lack of professionalism; I would have wished that you guys just told me, sorry I will call you back whenever I have looked into the case; as the plan and deal always had been. I was told the consulationwpuld be an hour long and with an interpreter; I got none of that deal.

I don’t know why you guys call me by night; in the weekends. I’ve specifically told you not to; 3 times now. Every single time “you perfectly understand” but then I all happens again and again. Then you don’t listen and understand; it you keep repeating the same things.
The planning is also very difficult; you cannot ask somebody to travel from another country with any info on when and where.
How do book flight tickets and hotel room without any info? And also; when you spend a lot of money. Please help the patient; and make it possible to get good prices on flight tickets and hotel (by that - whenever you book late, we all know the pricing gets sky high)
I need info; how many days and dates; not the detailed plan.
Why is that not possible. I need to ask many times and spend to much time going nowhere in planning this.

Initially, no one knew there was an appointment for us! They didn’t know who would attend to us! We had to ask several people using the reference name we had, and until they managed to identify the lady, we started the tests with a 2h delay…
We did everything as planned without problems.
More than 3 weeks have passed since we went to this clinic, and to date no one has sent us the results of the remaining tests. Not even the medical opinion! Considering how much was paid, no one is finishing what we went there to do!
