Hi, I'm Cella, and I’m living in Bali, Indonesia. I’d like to share an honest review based on my experience of finding a medical coordinator, a doctor, and a hospital for my case. I was recently diagnosed with an ovarian cyst and stage 4 endometriosis, which required surgery as soon as possible. I was initially hospitalized in Bali, but the doctor there suggested I look for a better-equipped hospital as they didn’t have the necessary facilities to perform my surgery.
It wasn’t easy to find the right care on a small island like Bali. Thankfully, my best friend helped me connect with a medical manager from Bookimed. That’s how we found Alisher, the medical manager and Prof. Dr. A Cem Iyibozkurt from Florence Nightingale Hospital in Istanbul.
We arranged an online consultation with the doctor, which was free of charge, I already have all my medical records and MRI results before an online consultation, I’ve prepared everything to speed up the process. and within a week, they scheduled my laparoscopic robotic surgery. Alisher did an excellent job coordinating everything, and I couldn’t be happier with him. In my situation, this care truly gave me hope again
I came to Istanbul for intensive medical care with a complex case involving multiple conditions. Thanks to Bookimed and my French-speaking coordinator Fidan and her colleague, everything was organized flawlessly. They truly went above and beyond, adapting my care to my evolving needs with great responsiveness and compassion.
From the moment I arrived at Florence Nightingale Hospital, everything was handled with remarkable efficiency: I consulted 7 specialist professors in one day, followed by comprehensive tests (full-body MRI, CT scan, EMG, blood tests) over the next few days. In less than a week, I had a complete diagnosis and all treatments in place.

Transfer from/to the airport, from the hotel to the clinic and back.
Removed a mole with histology. Everything went quickly and painlessly. Histology took 8 days.

Her level of empathy was touching.
