I felt like a VIP
Excellent attitude of the staff. The doctor who did the operation was a professional, I don't remember his name
The driver Erhan is a superman, the interpreter Alina is a nice girl, the doctor Natalia is a pleasant woman. I felt like a VIP.

I had a good experience
I had a good experience although I wasn’t as prepared as I thought about the extent of my situation with my upper jaw. Had I known it would have been I’d wouldn’t have come alone.
They were organized and at no time were there times I didn’t feel alone or uncomfortable.
Not being made aware how bad the bruising, swelling and the pain was going to be. The one area of improvement is the way the pain control was handled needs to be improved. Even my time in the hospital they never stained on top of the pain. There wasn’t a single time that we were in front of the pain.

My coordinator by far was the best part of my experience Helping me through the process and making themselves available to me as soon as I reached out. My translator was very kind and supportive too. He was there for me and would be there when he said he’d be. Even going as far as helping me find food I was able to eat by ordering me takeout I was able to use my credit card to pay. The hotel food offered was too hard to eat after surgery!
