I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the team at Westdent Clinic for their excellent work and care! I had zirconium crowns placed on my upper jaw - the result exceeded all expectations. The work of the doctors is real professionalism, care and striving for perfection. I am especially grateful to the doctors who treated me - thanks to you I now have a beautiful and natural smile and a complete sense of comfort. A huge thank you to the interpreters and all the staff at the clinic for their support, attention and help every step of the way. I never felt alone for a minute - everything was explained in an easy-to-understand way and I was accompanied during all the procedures. Special thanks for organising the transfer: we were met at the airport, taken to the clinic every day and brought back to the hotel - everything was organised clearly, conveniently and without delays. Our stay in a cosy hotel near the clinic was very comfortable: clean rooms, caring staff and an atmosphere in which we could really relax and recover after the procedures. I would also like to thank the Bookimed team, especially Stanislav, who helped us to find a suitable clinic professionally and quickly Thank you to the whole Westdent team for your skill, care and sincere attitude to patients! I will gladly recommend your clinic to anyone looking for quality and reliable dental treatment.

I rate the organisation of the treatment five points out of five! I have no complaints about the medical staff and the quality of treatment so far and I hope I will not have any later. The only thing that marred the overall good impression was that initially I was promised a jaw of 14 teeth and the price was calculated accordingly. When taking impressions, I specified how many teeth I was told 14, and silently put 12 and did not inform me, I immediately noticed myself and I was refunded the money for the missing teeth. In addition, in the process of treatment it turned out that I need to install 2 implants and three crowns in another place and I paid for this work, but only at home I found out that I instead of 3 teeth installed only 2. I informed the administrator Natalia about this two days ago, but I still haven't received any answer from her and no refund of the overpaid amount. It is a pity that the good work of specialists is overshadowed by such circumstances. And if the administration of the clinic behaved differently, I would recommend this clinic to all my friends all over the world, of whom I have many, with a clean soul and a great desire. But for now I will not do it.

I am from Denmark. I am visiting the clinic for the second time with various dental problems and also aesthetics. I was always met at the airport on time and even with flowers. I was accommodated in a good hotel with breakfast included and paid for - this is also important. Transportation from the hotel to the clinic and back or, if desired, to any point in Izmir. In the clinic, translators are always nearby who participate in the treatment process and answer all questions. Doctors (young) work quickly and efficiently. There are also dental technicians who quickly make crowns - literally before your eyes. Teeth scanning is also done in the clinic. The atmosphere is very friendly, relaxed. There are a lot of clients from different countries with whom it is pleasant to discuss common problems. After completing the work, clients receive a quality guarantee - for 5 years in my case. Upon returning to my country, I can always ask a question by phone and receive a quick answer.

I liked everything very much, the staff was very helpful. The treatment was done well and quickly. I would recommend staying an extra day to make sure you are comfortable and that there is nothing wrong with your bite. You will have the opportunity to adjust before your flight. I was met at the airport and escorted to the hotel. Then they took me to the clinic and back every day, which was very convenient. I was welcomed at the clinic and all the services were performed. The staff and doctors are very attentive and professional. The crowns were done and fitted within the stated time frame. One of them for some reason did not hold up well, but the next day everything was corrected quickly and efficiently. I am very satisfied with the result and the work of the clinic and the interpreter's support. I recommend not to fly away immediately after the services are performed, but to give yourself an opportunity to observe for 1-2 days.
