The Altos Clinic is a high quality of work. A wonderful and experienced surgeon. Nursing staff who know their job 100%. I advise everyone who is looking for quality and understanding to visit this clinic.
By nature, I'm very afraid of everything. I'd feel better with a full anaesthetic. But the doctor assured me that with a local anaesthetic I wouldn't feel a thing. I can assure you that he meant what he said. I didn't feel any pain, not on the day of the operation and not until today. I give full accountability for every word I said.
There's not a single complaint.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and attention I received
I want to share my experience of medical travelling. I travelled to Prague by transport car. I was picked up from my home and taken directly to the Altos Clinic. The journey was very comfortable and fast. The driver was polite and caring, which made the journey even more pleasant. Upon arrival at the clinic, I was met by the staff who immediately helped me with all the necessary paperwork. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and attention I received. Overall, my medical trip to Prague was a success and I was satisfied with both the trip and the quality of treatment.
I particularly liked the staff at the Altos Clinic and the doctor who performed my operation. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the nurse who was with me throughout. She was constantly chatting to me, holding my hand and this gave me confidence and warmth. Her support was invaluable and I felt that she really cared about me. I would also like to thank the doctor for the wonderful result of the surgery. I am very grateful to everyone who helped me during this important period. Their attention and professionalism made my medical journey more comfortable and successful.

When there were questions about payment at the beginning of my communication and it turned out that the price of the operation was already higher than the price I had booked, everything was easily and simply resolved without unnecessary tension. I liked the doctor very much and it was easy and comfortable with him too.

I was very pleased with the results. I had a lower blepharoplasty. The girls translated the doctor's recommendations very well. Then too, when it became necessary to have the doctor look, the nursing staff quickly organised a remote photo consultation. Thank you very much!
