Professor Koray Acarlı is a highly experienced liver transplantologist and liver & biliary tract surgeon in Turkey. He has provided over 1,000 liver transplants, including 280 pediatric ones, and has written over 70 articles on liver transplantation, pancreatic surgeries, liver and biliary tract tumors. He has obtained degrees in general medicine and surgery, and is a lecturer at the Department of General surgery, Pancreas, Liver and Biliary Tract Surgery. He is the President of the Organ Transplant Center in Memorial Şişli Hospital and a member of the Turkish Surgical Association and the Turkish Society of Hepatopancreatobiliary Surgery.
