Professor Dr. Engin Cakar is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Algology (Pain Medicine), and Electrodiagnostic Neurology. He practices at Memorial Göztepe and Memorial Şişli Hospitals. He previously held posts at Medipol Mega University Hospital and GATA Haydarpaşa Training Hospital.

Titles and training: Professor (2016). Associate Professor (2011). Algology specialty, Ministry of Health Medical Specialization Board–GATA (2011). Electrodiagnostic Neurology, Marmara University (2007–2010).

Publications: 40 international and 17 national peer-reviewed articles. Presentations: 17 international and 12 national. He has also written many book chapters. Dr. Haşim Üstünsoy is a cardiovascular surgeon with over 36 years of experience. He is known for his expertise in minimally invasive heart surgeries and robotic surgeries. He provides services like radiofrequency ablation and installing heart pacemakers. Dr. Üstünsoy has published 37 articles in internationally refereed journals and 45 articles in national peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Ozan Ali Erdal is an Orthopedics and Traumatology specialist with a focus on pediatric orthopedics. His clinical interests include cerebral palsy and osteogenesis imperfecta. His work includes deformity correction, limb lengthening and height extension, and clubfoot (PEV). He also treats hip dislocation, congenital bone deficiencies including fibular hemimelia, flatfoot and other foot deformities, genu varum, pediatric fractures, and malunions.

Dr. Umit Tuncel is an ENT specialist. He earned his medical degree from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine (1986–1992). He completed his ENT residency at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital (1993–1996). He has more than 30 years of ENT experience in Turkey.

He was Head of Clinic at Ankara Keçiören Training and Research Hospital (2005–2008) and at Ankara Oncology Training and Research Hospital (2008–2018, 2022–2024). This totals about 15 years in leadership roles. His practice focuses on head and neck cancers, surgery for snoring and sleep apnea, rhinoplasty, and pediatric ENT. He is currently an ENT specialist at Lokman Hekim Istanbul Hospital (2024–present).

Dr. Omer Necip Aytug is a respected gastroenterologist. He graduated from Hacettepe University School of Medicine in 1980. He became an internist at Cukurova University in 1985. He completed his gastroenterology fellowship at Marmara University in 1997.

He was named Associate Professor at Firat University in 1989. In 1998, he became a Professor at Abant Izzet Baysal University. Dr. Aytug has written many scientific papers and book chapters. He has also attended several national and international congresses.

He has held important academic and clinical roles at Duzce University Faculty of Medicine, Camlica Medicana Hospital, and Memorial Service Hospital. These positions have established him as an expert in gastroenterology.

Op. Dr. Yasemin Ongun is a specialist in Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) and Head & Neck Surgery. She graduated from Kocaeli University Faculty of Medicine in 2005. In 2008, she completed advanced training in Otology-Neurotology, Audiology, and Head and Neck Surgery at Hacettepe University.

Dr. Ongun has worked in both public and private healthcare settings. She served at Şanlıurfa Mehmet Akif İnan Training and Research Hospital and held the position of deputy chief physician in private hospitals. She has performed many surgeries, with a focus on rhinoplasty, endoscopic sinus surgery, pediatric ENT procedures, otoplasty, and hearing-related operations.

Dr. Görkem Özgen is a general surgeon with many years of clinical experience. He has a strong academic background. He graduated from the Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine (English Program). He completed his specialization in General Surgery at the Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine.

He has worked in public and private healthcare institutions. He brings this experience to his private practice. His clinical focus includes obesity treatment, breast diseases, abdominal wall hernias, and anorectal disorders. He uses current, safe, and science-based surgical methods within a multidisciplinary care model.

Dr. Beyza Topcu is an expert in Nutrition and Dietetics. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Gumushane University (2014-2018). She has worked at Diettherapy Nutrition and Diet Counseling Center, Mestetik Aesthetics and Beauty Center, Estetica Beauty and Aesthetic Center, Academy Fitness, and Zafiran Restaurant.

Dr. Topcu focuses on clinical nutrition, dietary therapy, and wellness programs. She has a strong record of helping patients improve their health. She uses evidence-based methods and provides personalized care. Dr. Topcu is dedicated to promoting better nutrition through effective counseling and practice.

Dr. Volkan Seneger completed medical school at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine (2007–2014). He then trained in psychiatry at Göztepe Training and Research Hospital (2015–2019). He worked as a general practitioner at Erzurum Aşkale State Hospital (2014–2015). He practiced psychiatry at Düzce Atatürk State Hospital (2019–2022), Istanbul Pendik State Hospital (2022–2025), and Private Mercan Hospital (2025).

He currently practices at Lokman Hekim Istanbul Hospital (2025–present). He is a member of the Turkish Psychiatry Association and the Turkish Medical Association.

Dr. Nihal Durmus Kocaaslan is an Associate Professor of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Marmara University. Kocaaslan holds TPRECD and EBOPRAS certifications (2013). Kocaaslan became a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) in 2021. Kocaaslan has served as a Forensic Expert at the Ministry of Justice since 2019. Kocaaslan earned a PhD in Forensic Medicine in 2020.

Expertise includes orthognathic, maxillofacial, and jaw surgery, as well as cleft lip and palate and other congenital anomalies. Kocaaslan also specializes in breast and chest wall reconstruction, chronic wound repair, and aesthetic surgery.

International training includes reconstructive microsurgery at RWTH Aachen. It also includes breast, face, and body aesthetics at clinics in the United States and cleft care at Seattle Children’s. Kocaaslan trained in craniosynostosis at Erasmus University Rotterdam and in maxillofacial and orthognathic surgery at St. George’s Hospital. Kocaaslan is a board member of EPCD and active in wound care and cleft associations. Memberships include ACS, ISAPS, the American Cleft Palate Foundation, and AO Craniofacial.

Dr. Cemile Dilek Uysal has graduated from Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine with honors in 1992. She did compulsory service for 3 years in Merzifon district of Amasya. Then she won the dermatology department of Haydarpaşa Numune Hospital, which was her first choice at TUS. From there she specialized in dermatology. Currently, she serves in the Intercontinental Dermatology department of Hisar Hospital.

Her areas of interest include acne, fungi, eczema, urticaria, pruritus (itching), viral and bacterial diseases, parasitic diseases such as scabies (scabies) and pediculus capitis, various hair diseases, and psoriasis. 

Dr. Saynur Yılmaz, Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum ile Tüp Bebek (IVF) uzmanıdır. 1994–2001 yılları arasında Hacettepe Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi’nde okudu ve mezun oldu. 1999–2004 yılları arasında Ankara Etlik Zübeyde Hanım Kadın Hastalıkları Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi’nde uzmanlığını tamamladı. 2015’te aynı kurumda doçent oldu. Aynı yıl Baylor College of Medicine, Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery Department’ta bulundu.

2002’den itibaren Etlik Zübeyde Hanım, Yozgat Sarıkaya Devlet, İstanbul Bağcılar, Ankara Zekai Tahir Burak ve Adatıp hastanelerinde görev yaptı. 2020–2025 yılları arasında özel muayenehanede çalıştı. 2025’ten bu yana Lokman Hekim İstanbul Hastanesi’nde Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum ile Tüp Bebek (IVF) uzmanı olarak hizmet vermektedir.

İlgi alanları infertilite, IVF, endoskopik cerrahi, polikistik over hastalığı, endometriozis, tekrarlayan gebelik kayıpları, gebelik takibi ve doğumdur. Prof. Mustafa Sağlam, M.D. graduated from Marmara University School of Medicine in 1994 and has specialized in Endovascular Repair of the Aneurysm of Abdominal Aorta, Stress Test for imaging the Coronary Artery Diseases, Ambulatory Cardiac Monitoring, Holter Test, Balloon Valvuloplasty and Temporary Pacemaker. He is currently the Head of the Cardiology Department in Hisar Hospital Intercontinental.

Dr. Orhan Shencan is a medical oncology specialist. He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1988. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Ankara Training Hospital between 1990 and 1994. He finished his Medical Oncology training at Ankara University between 1997 and 1999. He became an Associate Professor in Medical Oncology in 2009.

He has held Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology posts at İnönü University, Ankara Training Hospital, and Ankara University Faculty of Medicine. He also worked at Ankara Etlik Specialty Hospital, Private Lokman Hekim Hospital, Acıbadem Maslak Hospital, and Fatih University (Associate Professor, 2012–2016). He later worked at Sante Oncology Center and Medical Park Gebze Hospital.

He practiced at King Hamad University Hospital, Bahrain Oncology Center, from 2017 to 2023. In 2024 he worked at Acıbadem Bodrum Hospital. He currently practices at Avicenna Ataşehir Hospital (2024–) and Lokman Hekim Istanbul Hospital (2025–).

Dr. Nurettin Demirkol is a physician with expertise in hypertension, hyperlipidemia, thyroid diseases, diabetes, and vascular conditions. He also manages the follow-up of chronic diseases. Dr. Demirkol has strong experience in identifying causes and making diagnoses. He provides advanced care in internal medicine.

He completed his undergraduate and specialization training at Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine. He also earned a master’s degree in Health Management from Okan University. Dr. Demirkol has worked at Hisar Intercontinental Hospital, Kozyatağı Central Hospital, and Istanbul Faculty of Medicine. He has made important contributions to patient care and chronic disease management at these institutions.
