My breathing is better than before, and the tip of my nose looks natural
To anyone who’s unsure, I’d say this: if you have insecurities and don’t feel confident, it’s worth taking this step – the sooner, the better. I entrusted my operation to Dr Ergan Er, who performed open rhinoplasty. Even at this early stage of recovery, I can already see the results. My breathing is better than before, and the tip of my nose looks natural. The whole clinic team was very responsive and professional, which was a great support. My main advice is: if you’ve made up your mind, go to Dr Ergan Er.
Varvara, a very polite and understanding interpreter, provided us with first-class support. She was always in touch with us, and her positive attitude was a great help to us. And we are very grateful to our doctor, Ergin Er, the very best specialist in his field. My daughter and I had long dreamed of seeing him specifically because I had seen the results of his work. Even at this early stage of recovery, I feel that my breathing is better than before
I was worried about how I would breathe after the operation, as that was one of the main reasons I came here. It’s simply incredible, but even at this early stage of recovery, I feel that my breathing is better than before. That’s the main thing. I had open rhinoplasty, and the whole process, from the consultation right through to the operation itself, was very well organised. The staff at the clinic are caring, and the surgeon inspired complete confidence right from the start. Of course, there is still some swelling, but I can already see positive changes and am grateful to the team for their work.
I’m absolutely delighted; I’ve wanted this particular specialist for a long time, and finally, together with my daughter, we’ve made our dream come true. A huge thank you to everyone who supported us along the way. Dr Ergin Er has a wealth of experience and does his job to perfection.

He has done the most incredible job and it is better than I could’ve hoped for
I had a septorhinoplasty with Dr Ergin Er at Istanbul aesthetics plastic surgery centre, and had an incredible experience!! Everyone was incredibly supportive and helpful. Elviira, my Bookimed coordinator, was amazing at answering any questions I had (which was a lot!) and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I was checked up on after my visit and also when I returned after a few weeks, with full end-to-end support. I had a smooth transition to Yasin, my medical manager, who was flawless at arranging travel and all logistics and also incredibly helpful with aftercare instructions. I did not have to worry or take care of anything myself. The hospital was clean, modern and comfortable and made sure I was ok at all times. The staff were incredibly attentive and more than happy to help answer any questions I had and made sure I didn’t feel nervous going in. My husband who stayed with me throughout was also well taken care of (given meals and bedding to stay next to me overnight), which was hugely appreciated. My surgeon, Dr Ergin Er, was very professional and reassuring- I’ve previously had a septoplasty in the UK which he needed to correct as well as performing the rhinoplasty as we had planned. There were no hidden or extra costs and I’m finally able to breathe clearly (like I was supposed to when I had surgery in London). He clearly communicated realistic expectations and what would suit my face I’m currently almost a month postop and couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! He has done the most incredible job and it is better than I could’ve hoped for I can’t wait to see what it looks like as it heals further but he’s truly turned my biggest insecurity into my new favourite feature! The hospital where I had my nose job is average compared to Memorial, Quartz and others.
They won’t give me the bill. I paid $4,000 in cash.
And their surgical report isn’t genuine either; it’s been tampered with... and the hospital’s internal management is extremely poor, ranging from the racist treatment by staff to the manipulation of invoices and medical reports... Please help me to submit my complaint to the Turkish authorities so that I can obtain my legitimate bill and my genuine medical report

The wonderful Dr Ergin Er listened carefully to my wishes regarding surgery for my nose. He did a wonderful job and I am absolutely delighted with the result!
The best assistant and interpreter of the doctor Varvara helped during the whole treatment, she translates into Russian qualitatively and quickly. Varvara and the doctor were always in touch with me after the operation, responding to my messages almost instantly.
The medical staff was caring and friendly, help was provided promptly.
The hospital prepared delicious food for me after the operation and I recovered quickly.
Overall, the hospital is cosy and pleasant, everywhere is clean and sterile, the cleaners are meticulous about cleanliness.
