How are we doing?
About the clinic
Varicose vein treatment in Istanbul, Turkey, starts from $800. This procedure effectively removes unsightly veins and improves leg health. The Clinic offers sclerotherapy performed by experienced vascular surgeons.
What are Varicose Veins?
Varicose veins are enlarged, twisted veins that appear close to the skin’s surface. They commonly occur in the legs and feet. These veins develop when valves inside the veins become weak. This allows blood to flow backward and pool, causing the veins to swell.
Sclerotherapy for Varicose Veins
Sclerotherapy is a minimally invasive treatment for varicose veins. A solution is injected directly into the affected vein. This solution irritates the vein lining. Over time, the vein collapses and fades. Blood flow is then redirected to healthy veins. It’s a common and effective method for treating smaller varicose veins. It can also treat spider veins.
What to Expect During Treatment
The procedure takes about 30-60 minutes. You will likely need multiple sessions. These are spaced several weeks apart. Your doctor will discuss the best plan for you. You can usually return to your normal activities right after treatment. Mild discomfort or bruising is possible. Your doctor will provide post-treatment instructions.
