Additional information
Penis Botox involves placing a very small dose of botulinum toxin into either the bulbospongiosus muscle at the base of the penis or directly into the erectile tissue. The toxin temporarily relaxes over-active muscle fibres and improves local blood flow, which early studies suggest can:
Lengthen ejaculation time in men with lifelong premature ejaculation—on average tripling to six-fold increases in intravaginal latency.
Boost erectile rigidity for men whose erections are only partly responsive to tablets; 40-60 % of participants in recent trials reported clinically meaningful improvement.
Provide a modest, temporary increase in perceived girth and reduce penile retraction or tight scrotal bands, although these cosmetic uses remain largely anecdotal.

About the clinic
Penis botox is an injection-based treatment for male sexual health at Quartz Hospital in Istanbul, Turkey. This procedure may cost around $750 USD and is performed at a specialized center with a high patient rating.
This involves injecting small doses of botulinum toxin directly into penile tissue. It is a temporary treatment, not a permanent solution. The goal is to relax overactive muscles and improve local blood flow.
How the Treatment Works
The technical injection targets the erectile tissue. Typically, two injections are administered into the corpus cavernosa. The toxin helps paralyze muscles related to a shrinkage reflex.
It may also help the body produce new blood vessels. The overall effect can last for a temporary period.
Potential Benefits and Indications
This method can address several concerns. It is studied for premature ejaculation. Recent trials show it may lengthen ejaculation time significantly.
It can also help with erectile dysfunction. Some men with a partial response to pills report better rigidity. There are also anecdotal reports of cosmetic improvements.
These include a temporary increase in perceived girth.
Procedure Details
A face-to-face consultation is recommended first. The final price and treatment plan are confirmed during this visit. The clinic's standard package includes the botox procedure itself.
