Double eyelid surgery (Blepharoplasty) is designed to create a natural, well-defined eyelid crease, helping the eyes appear larger, brighter, and more youthful. This procedure is ideal for individuals with monolids, uneven eyelids, or drooping upper eyelid skin.

After surgery, patients can return home the same day. Swelling and bruising are most noticeable during the first 2–3 days and gradually improve. Cold compress is recommended for the first 48 hours, followed by warm compress to reduce swelling.

Most patients can resume light daily activities within 3–5 days. Stitches are removed after 7 days, with follow-up appointments scheduled at 7 days, 1 month, and 3 months.

Final results become more natural within 2–3 months. Patients should avoid rubbing the eyes, smoking, and alcohol for at least 2 weeks, and sleep with the head elevated to reduce swelling.
