Laboratory testing is performed at the central laboratory of Diagnostyka in Warsaw. Diagnostyka is one of the largest and most advanced medical laboratory networks in Central and Eastern Europe, performing millions of laboratory tests annually. The company utilizes modern analytical technologies, rigorous quality-control systems, and internationally recognized laboratory standards. Its extensive diagnostic capabilities provide access to a wide range of routine, specialized, immunological, hormonal, metabolic, inflammatory, and other advanced laboratory investigations.
The core therapeutic component of this package is Double Filtration Plasmapheresis (DFPP), an advanced blood purification therapy that selectively removes specific substances from the bloodstream. Unlike conventional Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE), which removes a portion of the patient's plasma and replaces it with donor plasma or albumin solutions, DFPP selectively filters the patient's plasma through specialized membranes. This allows targeted removal of specific substances while returning the patient's own purified plasma to the circulation, eliminating the need for plasma replacement in most cases.
Depending on the patient's individual profile, DFPP may help reduce circulating inflammatory mediators, immune complexes, pathogenic autoantibodies, excess LDL cholesterol, heavy metals, selected toxins, and other substances that may contribute to inflammation, immune activation, and metabolic burden.

Package Includes
Before your arrival, our medical team will review your medical documentation and health history. You will receive an initial online consultation with a physician experienced in apheresis therapies, during which your symptoms, concerns, and health objectives will be discussed in detail. Based on this consultation, an individualized laboratory testing plan will be created. We will stay in touch with you.
Upon arrival in Warsaw, you will undergo comprehensive laboratory testing at the central Diagnostyka laboratory. Once the results are available, you will receive a second physician consultation to review and interpret the findings, discuss the results in detail, and finalize your individualized DFPP treatment plan. Again, we will remain in contact to answer any questions you might have.
The following day, you will undergo one DFPP procedure under continuous medical supervision.

The package also includes private transfers for all essential medical appointments and travel logistics. This includes airport-to-hotel transfer upon arrival in Warsaw, hotel-to-Diagnostyka laboratory and return transfer for blood testing, hotel-to-clinic and return transfer for the DFPP procedure, and hotel-to-airport transfer upon departure. You can choose any hotel in Warsaw according to your preference (the hotel is not included in this package. If you want, we can give you a choice of 5-10 best hotels in Warsaw and reserve the one you select)

Suggested Schedule
Prior to arrival, medical documentation review and the first online physician consultation are completed remotely.
Day 1: Arrival in Warsaw and transfer to your hotel.
Day 2 early morning: Transfer to the central Diagnostyka laboratory in Warsaw for personalized laboratory testing, followed by return transfer to your hotel. Evening: consultation to discuss laboratory results and finalize treatment recommendations.
Day 3: transfer to the clinic for your DFPP procedure and return transfer to your hotel after treatment.
Day 3 evening or Day 4: Transfer to the airport for departure.

Optional Services
Additional DFPP or LDL apheresis procedures may be arranged if medically appropriate. Additional laboratory testing, specialist consultations, imaging studies, hotel accommodation, and translation services are available upon request but are not included unless specifically stated.
