He was Managing Director at Qinhuangdao Diabetes Hospital and Executive Vice President at Qinhuangdao Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital. He is currently Vice President at Qinhuangdao Panacee Hospital.
His work focuses on clinical care and hospital operations. He also oversees medical quality control, specialty development, and medical service system development.
