The surgeon’s work and the staff’s attitude deserve the highest praise
What struck me most was just how accurately the dentist matched the colour – the new zirconia crowns don’t stand out at all against my natural teeth. I had more than seven crowns fitted in a single session, so the scale of the work was truly impressive. It’s only been 15 days. The colour was matched perfectly. I’m still in the process of getting used to them, and the sensations are quite unusual. Even though it’s been two weeks, I’m still getting used to the new bite when chewing and I notice that food sometimes gets stuck between my teeth. It’s a bit of a nuisance, although the clinic staff assure me that this is normal during the early recovery period. Otherwise, the surgeon’s work and the staff’s attitude deserve the highest praise. The main thing is to be patient at first.

The doctor tells you what he is doing, and he did a great job very efficiently. This was true of the whole process. The service was amazing, right from the first communication. They always messaged well in advance to let you know what time your appointment is scheduled for, and when the transfer will be there, with the name of the driver and vehicle number plate. All staff were super welcoming, friendly and professional. Recovery is going well. My gums already look pink and healthy. I am still being very careful with everything, and my speech is adjusting to the new mini implants.

I am extremely pleased, as my teeth are 4–6 shades lighter, and I'm feeling better than expected
I have to give a special mention to my Bookimed coordinator, Winnington. He could not have been more helpful, and it felt like a genuinely personal service rather than simply arranging a booking, as he checked in every step of the way. The laser teeth whitening was carried out efficiently at a very clean and professional clinic. My dentist was excellent — carefully checking my teeth, explaining sensitivity risks, and giving clear diet instructions. I am extremely pleased, as my teeth are 4–6 shades lighter, and I'm feeling better than expected. My only feedback is that the dentist didn't confirm the shade before or after, which would have offered greater reassurance. The clinic did stay in touch, and there were no additional expenses. For future patients, ask Bookimed for hotel suggestions; mine was a few minutes' walk away.
I had a really positive experience from start to finish. The clinic was very clean and professional, and all of the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable.
The dentist was excellent — very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, with very good English. The teeth-whitening procedure was carried out efficiently and I am extremely pleased with the results.
I also have to give a special mention to Winnington at Bookimed. He really could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process. He was extremely engaging and took the time to provide me with different treatment options, dental clinics, hotels and taxi arrangements, which made organising everything much easier.
What impressed me most was that Winnington continued to check in with me every step of the way to make sure I was OK and to see whether I needed anything. It felt like genuinely personal service rather than simply arranging a booking.
I would 100% use Bookimed again and, hopefully, I will have the pleasure of having Winnington manage my next booking too.
From Bookimed's side, I genuinely don't think they could have done anything differently. The organisation and support I received from Winnington throughout the whole process were excellent.
The only thing I feel could have been improved was at the clinic itself. The dentist did not check or confirm the shade of my teeth before or after the whitening treatment, which I had assumed would be part of the service. They just asked if I was happy with the result.
I can clearly see that my teeth are several shades lighter and I am very happy with the results. However, having the before and after shades formally checked and confirmed at the clinic would have given me greater reassurance and meant I left feeling even happier with the result, rather than having to wait until afterwards to compare my own before and after photographs.

If you're looking into getting teeth extracted, I can share my recent experience. I had five teeth removed using only local anesthesia, and it went smoothly. The clinic was great. I felt the doctor was a true professional with a lot of experience, and the entire staff was very nice and friendly. Thank you very much for the care. I would return next time with pleasure and completely without stress. It was also reassuring that there were no additional expenses beyond the price I paid to the clinic. My main advice would be, first and foremost, don't be afraid. I genuinely didn't feel any pain during the procedure.
