How stem cell therapy may support ovarian function and fertility:
• Support for the ovarian tissue environment: UC-MSCs release bioactive factors that may support cellular communication and ovarian tissue health.
• Support for ovarian microcirculation: UC-MSC-derived factors may support blood flow and nutrient delivery within ovarian tissue.
• Support for ovarian and hormonal function: A healthier ovarian environment may provide additional support for menstrual and hormonal function in selected patients.
• Support for ovarian reserve monitoring: Some patients may experience changes in AMH, FSH, antral follicle count, or menstrual regularity. These changes cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

Doctor
Dr. Saroot Kitancharoen is an obstetrician-gynecologist and a specialist in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. He practices at HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Medical Center, Faculty of Medicine, Srinakharinwirot University. He is Course Director of the GESEA Programme (2023–present) and an instructor (2016–present). He completed a fellowship and diploma in Advanced Gynecological Minimally Invasive Surgery at Pius Hospital, University of Oldenburg (2018–2020). He holds HIFU ablation certification.
Accreditations: Diploma of the Royal Thai College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (2013–2016). GESEA Level 2 MIG with Distinction and Level 1 (Rome, 2023). Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery (Kurashiki, 2015). HIFU Ablation in Gynecology (ISMVIS, China, 2024).
