SURGICAL PLAN
The procedure entails a shoulder arthroscopy performed under general anesthesia combined with an interscalene nerve block. All surgical interventions are performed personally by Dr. Andreas Papadopoulos. The surgical scope comprises:
Anatomical Bankart Repair: Arthroscopic fixation and anatomical restoration of the bony Bankart lesion utilizing three suture anchors.
Remplissage Technique: Complementary posterior capsular stabilization and remplissage technique in the region of the Hill-Sachs lesion to ensure optimal joint stability and prevent engagement.
HOSPITALIZATION, ACCOMMODATION & TRAVEL ITINERARY

POST-OPERATIVE REHABILITATION PLAN
The structured post-operative recovery protocol spans approximately three months:
Initial Hotel Recovery & Daily Physiotherapy: During the post-operative stay at Achaia Beach Hotel, daily individualized physiotherapy sessions will be conducted directly with the presence of a professional physiotherapist to ensure proper early mobilization and guidance.
Month 1: The operated upper extremity must be supported continuously in a shoulder immobilizer/sling. Controlled passive range-of-motion exercises will be performed under professional supervision.
Months 2 and 3: Progressive transition to active strengthening exercises and functional rehabilitation, accompanied by scheduled video consultations over the next three months to monitor recovery progress.
