The procedure involves placing one dental implant (we offer various brands) under local anesthesia. The procedure takes approximately one hour. The patient must follow instructions and take prescribed medications. Prior to the procedure, the patient's bone quantity and quality must be evaluated using a CT scan to confirm their candidacy. If the patient is not a candidate, bone regeneration surgery will be necessary to achieve optimal bone density. Three months later, the patient will return for the fabrication and placement of their zirconia crown.
