Botulinum toxin injection into the penis for erectile dysfunction (100 units of a Korean toxin, 50 units per side), performed by a urologist at Menscape Clinic in central Bangkok under local anaesthetic cream. A single session of about 20 minutes with no downtime; the toxin relaxes the smooth muscle of the erectile tissue and can improve erections for 3 to 6 months, on its own or alongside shockwave therapy or medication. Scrotal Botox (Scrotox) for a smoother, lower-hanging scrotum is also offered from 6,900 THB. German and US toxins are available at a higher price. The price covers the urologist consultation, the toxin and the injection. The treatment plan and the final price are confirmed in writing after the consultation; the international consultation fee is 1,500 THB and is deducted from the treatment price.

Dr. Attapol Mahalelakul (Dr. Do) is a board-certified urologist at Menscape Clinic in Bangkok. He earned his MD from the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, in 2018. He received board certification in Urological Surgery from Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, in 2025. He provides care in English and Thai.
Clinical focus: general urologic evaluation and testing; erectile dysfunction assessment and treatment; prostate screening and management; preventive men’s health; male sexual health consultations.
