Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection therapy for erectile dysfunction: a course of 4 sessions performed by a urologist at Menscape Clinic in central Bangkok. At each session about 20 ml of your own blood is drawn and centrifuged, and the PRP is injected into the erectile tissue under local anaesthetic, in a visit of about 45 minutes with no downtime. Sessions are spaced about 2 weeks apart, so a course fits a 6 to 8 week stay or several short visits, and it is often combined with shockwave therapy. The price covers the urologist consultation and the 4 PRP sessions; single sessions and courses of 6 or 8 are also available. The treatment plan and the final price are confirmed in writing after the consultation; the international consultation fee is 1,500 THB and is deducted from the treatment price.

Dr. Attapol Mahalelakul (Dr. Do) is a board-certified urologist at Menscape Clinic in Bangkok. He earned his MD from the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, in 2018. He received board certification in Urological Surgery from Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, in 2025. He provides care in English and Thai.
Clinical focus: general urologic evaluation and testing; erectile dysfunction assessment and treatment; prostate screening and management; preventive men’s health; male sexual health consultations.
