I was very worried about the trip and my mum’s consultation, especially after a previous bad experience at another hospital where we were constantly pushed to upsell unnecessary scans. The staff is great. At the moment, we are waiting for the results of the tests, since the wrong diagnosis was made in Ukraine. In Ukraine, sarcoma was treated for 7 months and it is gone. We are not saying that there is no oncology, but the fact that there is no sarcoma is already pleasing. Received very nicely and politely. The coordinators are Russian-speaking. Every day they keep track of all matters. Those who passed the tests were not left alone for a single minute. Currently, we are waiting for a meeting with an oncologist and a radiologist. We were looking for a clinic for a child, wrote Bookimed, our coordinator was Pavel !!! One feels that a person is interested in helping people !!! We have been looking for a clinic for a long time; not all clinics were ready to operate the child's clinic! And he offered Skype with a professor at the Vienna clinic, we agreed and did not regret it !!! We talked with the doctor, he looked at the child, answered all our questions! Immediately I will note not the intrusive and at the same time "essentially" made by Alena presentation of the clinic. And really everything turned out to be as they described to me: the doctor explained how he sees my situation, what kind of opinion of Moscow doctors he agrees with, and what does not and what he proposes to do. Everything is clear and reasonable.

The doctor was knowledgeable but organization of the appointment and other things were disorganized. Some information that I had already sent the doctor did not have it. But all in all everything was goof

We had a Skype Consultation with Dr. Joan Carles. The call went really well. Dr. Carles was very well prepared and knew my case beforehand based on the documentation we provided prior to the call. He answered all our questions, and provided us with a final written report on his recommendations.
