I’m so very glad I had the best doctor and best care

My arrival at Istanbul airport was smooth and efficient. I was met and transported to my hotel. My hotel was lovely. Transportation from hotel to hospitals on time and efficient. I met my advocate at international patient area, she had everything under control, all tests lined up and doctor appointments were fabulous. My advocate translated to my language at every appointment. I’m very happy with the service and I felt very “looked after”. My outcome is excellent and I’m so very glad I had the best doctor and best care.

I breath perfectly now after surgery and my nose is a lot straighter

I felt very secure and taken care of through the entire experience. All of my inquiries were answered very promptly by both the bookiemed coordinator, the assistant, and my doctor (Dr. C Altindąg), is very experienced and talked me through what to expect and analyzed my nose very thoroughly. I breath perfectly now after surgery and my nose is a lot straighter (I had a severe deviated septum and other complications from a past surgery that he identified and corrected including a mirgrated graft and a droopy tip). I'm still quite swollen but look forward to seeing final results in a few months.

I was on 29 September 2025 at Lockman hekim clinic for breast and eyelid reduction.All my fears and doubts were in vain. From the very beginning of my enquiry at Bookimed to the last taxi ride to the airport after the procedures, everything went without a single obstacle. Everything went smoothly and smoothly. We arrived very early, we were taken to the clinic and our interpreter Olga was already in touch with us. We were placed in a beautifully decorated room, on the same day all the necessary medical parameters were taken. The doctor clearly explained what would happen and how it would be done. We were in the clinic for 3 days and then to the hotel. It was also clean, beautifully designed, rich breakfast. I recommend Lokman Hekim and Dr Marat Yaman if you want to change your appearance.

5 points because I completely trust the whole team, especially Dr

I had my penile implant surgery at Men’s Health Clinic and the whole process went very smoothly. All the team was good and the organization almost perfect. Most of my questions were answered quickly and precisely. The only negative aspect I want to mention to keep others from having the same exoerience: I lost almost 4cm in length due to some special anatomy reasons, as I understand it and by now I am very happy with my implant but still a bit sad about every cm I lost, especially because nobody had told me before that this will/would/could happen. 5 points because I completely trust the whole team, especially Dr. Mete who was my actual surgeon as I found out and for those of you who are length-lovers, I would recommend some good information gathering beforehand! By now I found out, that the Coloplast implant does NOT grow in lenth, as the AMS does. An important information I had wisehd to have BEFORE.

The entire team is professional and the entire process went smoothly.

I lost 4cm in length. Very frustrating sied-effect

Some of the staff when I was lying in the ward forgot to bring me ice, water, but that's the way it is, I understand that they have a high workload and can't keep everything in their heads, so in the end they brought it a little later ) This is a trifle and the only small minus, I would not take it into account compared to the way they ran over me.

I am very grateful to the company Bukimed and my coordinators Kristina and Ali, who answered my questions very quickly, did not rush me in anything, were extremely loyal. I could even tell them what was bothering me in life and about my strange doubts, and they accepted them and supported me. This experience is simply incredible, I would recommend it to everyone. The clinic greeted me warmly, I read the contract for 5 hours, no one rushed me (I just translated every line). I went to the clinic for checkups, they immediately organized a transfer upon request, the result is excellent. I did not know what size of breasts I wanted by numbers because I could not imagine how it would be better for me, but my professional doctor understood me by microexpressions and did everything perfectly, she chose the best size for me according to the structure of my breasts. The support of the coordinators, medical staff is also 10/10. To be honest, I thought that I was just a client - who pays, but after the visit I realized that I was wrong - they treated me like a patient, but a person. There was an interpreter everywhere, so everything was clear and calm. I was very pleased with the fact that they started taking me into anaesthesia in the lift, and I didn't even see the operating room - I just woke up in a cosy room with large panoramic windows. This is so important - without stress, without fear, with complete trust. The staff - attentive, warm, responsive. I felt cared for at every stage. And, of course, a special thanks to Dr Ergin Er for the fulfilment of my dream! I had a breast reduction and lift, and already 2 weeks after the operation I feel like a new person. Dr Mustafa Aydinol is superb. He doesn’t sell you dream and that’s great. Apart from this he is highly skilled, I had a complex surgery due to an extreme fat loss in the past. So has tummy tuck, thigh lift, stomach with back and thighs liposuction as well as bbl. And I have to say the wounds looks great, outcome already look really promising. Better than I would have hoped. As for the coordinators, Yasemin was there every step in pre planing and Lara was amazing coordinating everything from the airport pick up to arranging for me a stay in nurse the first few days to handling my emotional roller coaster. Honestly if I do have reconstructive or plastic surgery again, it will be a with only them and Dr Aydinol

First consultation; paid all that money and nobody had looked into my case. I’’ve spend hours and days creating my profile with Mariana and some other woman. Images and all. During the consultation all we talked about was “I don’t have anything” “I canoot tell you; I don’t have any images” and so on. It was the most expensive talk ever; not because of the amount of money. But because of what I paid for (to be told; I don’t have the images) when in fact you guys did and I worked hard to make the deadline fo make it all possible and be ready for the consultation.

I liked the cooperation with Bookimed, they are a very competent team, easy and quick to get in touch. Thanks to the manager Tatiana, who found clinics for me and was always in touch. Special thanks to the dental coordinator Ivan, who was in touch with me throughout my stay in Istanbul. The interpreters Irina and Kamila from the Mavidenta clinic are nice and fast. I liked the work of the doctor who placed the implant and removed the broken tooth. He did the work quickly and painlessly. The only downside was that the temporary denture didn't fit the shape and size, and there was no time to redo it, so the doctor who tried to fit it was nervous that it didn't fit me and I told her so, and pressed it in so that it bled and then hurt for three days, because they removed the tooth, put in the implant and sewed it up. So I was a little uncomfortable after this appointment. But in general, my impressions of the treatment are normal.

Bookimed staff and interpreters accompanied us every step of the way, we got answers to all our questions. Comfortable room for the patient and the attendant (in our case) Excellent clinic, attentive and meticulous (in a good sense) doctors. The medical staff also, put all the drips, served and made all the analyses on schedule. All promptly and without unnecessary questions. Tasty and nourishing food was provided for both the patient and the attendant. On the territory of the hospital is a beautiful small park for walking, as well as in the clinic itself there are many places for rest and waiting The clinic met all expectations and costs

The hospital advertised was not the one I went to. The operating room was thrown together i my opinion. Hardly anyone spoke English so I had a difficult time with the forms. I didn't even get a copy. After the surgery I was left on my back overnight night and was told I'll be ok. Once finally discharged the next morning, I only received antibiotics and ibuprofen. No instructions on how and what to do afterwards. I felt like they did what they was supposed to and dropped me off in the streets to fend for myself

Honest review!!! Had a gastrochecap! I was satisfied with the procedure! Fast, competent, everything was clear and accessible! The price is average (in Germany, for example, the same procedure is three times more expensive 🤷‍♂️)! The whole procedure lasted 20 minutes under sedation! Results and recommendations were immediately within 5 minutes after the procedure! During the procedure (endoscopy and colonoscopy) I did not feel the slightest discomfort! I can confidently recommend this clinic! Personally, I was satisfied 👍
