The moment I saw the result, even with the initial swelling, I could tell the shape was exactly what I wanted. It’s a great feeling. My goal was a more defined tip, and that's precisely what the surgeon delivered using an open approach. The whole process was smooth, and the staff were genuinely caring. The most difficult part of recovery so far is just having to sleep upright, which is temporary. A huge bonus is that I am breathing perfectly through my nose already. I am so grateful for the surgeon's skill and the clear communication from the team.

I can honestly give 5 *
From start to finish, the whole experience went smoothly. Communication was exceptional, and having a translator helped greatly—I understood what was happening more than I would have in my local hospital. The doctor was open and honest, explaining exactly where the scars on both my arms would be, their visibility, and how to position my arms for recovery. I would have liked an itinerary with timings and some aftercare instructions in paper format. That said, the clinic is easy to reach and stays in touch with clear guidance. I am feeling better than expected. My only extra cost was the flight. Definitely bring lots of baggy clothes and some snacks. I can honestly give 5 *
From start to finish the whole experience went smoothly. Communication between staff and Dr was exceptional and by having a translator present helped greatly. Understood what and when was happening more than I would have in my local hospital. Clean, Caring, Smooth transitions, patient led and patient at the front of every decision, even being home I can contact the clinic and get a timely response.
The Dr was open and honest, had a great sense of humor and has given me some neat scars.
The staff were fabulous , they listened and talked you through as much or as little as you wanted
I would have liked an itinerary, some more information of where to be at what time and how I was getting there.
Some aftercare in paper format so that I could go back and read that rather than contacting the clinic would be great.
