⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend this orthodontist! The whole team is very professional, courteous, patient, and kind. They take the necessary time to explain each step of the process in a detailed and clear way, making sure you feel informed, comfortable, and confident in your treatment. The staff are very gentle, attentive, and understanding, especially with those of us who get nervous or even feel afraid of dental procedures. Dr. Juan Jose, was the best dentist that made me feel comfortable and safe at the same time not being at home. I am so grateful that one of my close friends from Denver Colorado referred me here. I had been searching for a truly professional place for a long time, and I'm so glad I found it!!! This was by far the best experience and treatment I've ever received. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, cared and completely at ease. The doctor is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely wants the best for his patients. The only thing I can say is that I feel very happy and lucky to have found Dr Cestero and his great team. Since I was a child, I’ve had dental procedures that have only frustrated me and made the appearance of my teeth worse and worse. I’m a person who loves to smile a lot, and I have to admit that sometimes I felt insecure because the crowns I had on the front were all different colors. When I consulted with the Dr, he understood right away what I was looking for (something natural) and that gave me a lot of confidence. Their teams are state-of-the-art. I need to emphasize that Dr Cestero has DIVINE hands—in the way he administers the anesthesia, you feel absolutely NOTHING. And believe me, I’ve had many anesthesias before, but I’m telling you again: DIVINE HANDS. His staff is very professional, and the guys are very patient and excellent at their work. I’m leaving 4 stars because when it came time to pay, things got a bit complicated. I had asked whether they could make payments with a card, and they told me yes, but at the time the card machine (verifon) was broken. In that moment, I felt frustrated and uncomfortable because of the insistence when, in reality, it wasn’t my fault what was happening. But if you’re looking for a good job done quickly, this is the place. My process was completed in just 4 days, and in the end I liked the result. I’m leaving you some photos for reference, so you don’t hesitate to at least consult with him.
