The Denta-Line clinic made a very good impression on me. Professional service from the very beginning - both the reception and the doctors showed great courtesy and commitment. The entire process - from consultation to treatment - was smooth and in a nice atmosphere.

Unfortunately, I don't recommend it. If you're positioning yourself as a premium clinic, these should be the standards. I came in with a toothache. I can't judge the treatment itself; that will become clear over time, but the amount of anesthesia the doctor used could have operated on an elephant. I had a filling inserted, and I feel like I'd had wisdom teeth removed. A side effect of the treatment is a massive hematoma on the inside of my mouth, as the doctor clearly prioritizes the comfort of her work over the patient's well-being during the procedure. Furthermore, the patient isn't kept up to date on what's going to be done. There's a sense of rushing and not putting the patient first. I won't be returning.

Unfortunately, negative opinion.
A small patient with a hole in his tooth who couldn't be drilled - we were looking for a place that offers dental lapping. There is no such service on the website, but my wife called and was told at the reception that such a service was offered.
During the visit, it turned out that unfortunately this was not on offer, and the child did not even want to hear about drilling.
If we had known right away, we would not have wasted an hour traveling and PLN 200 for a failed visit.
A plus for the doctor who tried very hard to convince her daughter to drill.

Very pricey and the outcome is not guaranteed.
You can find much better quality/price clinics within limits of Warsaw.

The WORST SERVICE we ever came across. Beware if this place!
Rude director asked us never to come back to their clinic (as if we were going to). Less than 6 month ago they cured my son's tooth, but the filling went out, so tottaly a warranty case! But they refused to refill the hole in the tooth on warranty. Instead they demanded to pay for the tooth filling again refering to the pandemic and that their revenue is down now. What a shame! Originally the price was twice as high as in any clinic in Warsaw.
