I recently had my breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Hakan Bulam, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the very first consultation, Dr. Bulam was incredibly professional, patient, and attentive. His assistant, Yeşim, was also so down to earth and lovely, which was a wonderful bonus and made the whole process even more comfortable.

From the very first message to the moment I flew back home, Dr. Hakan Bulam and his incredible team were in contact with me daily, checking in, answering questions, and genuinely making sure I was okay every step of the way.
I had researched for months, looking for a reputable surgeon I could trust. Traveling 18 hours from Australia on my own was daunting, but the moment I arrived, I knew I was in the best hands. I was picked up in a beautiful car, driven to my hotel, the hospital, and eventually back to the airport, all seamlessly organised. I didn’t feel like a number. I was treated like a real person, even like a friend.
Dr. Hakan was calm, kind, professional and so thorough. During the surgery, I almost panicked, and Dr Hakan, just calmed me down. The pain after surgery was honestly minimal, I’d mentally prepared for the worst, and it ended up being so much easier than I expected. I did not have ANY complications what so ever. They knew I didn’t have anyone with me so they offered me extra help.
I showed him what I wanted, and he did EXACTLY that. I’m so happy with my results and I am only a few days post op. I can’t imagine how much better they’re going to get.
A special mention to nurse Yesim, who felt like a best friend. She popped in to check on me at the hospital, reassured me, made me laugh, it’s rare to feel that cared for in a medical setting.
If you’re considering surgery and want a team who truly supports you from start to finish, this is the place. I’m absolutely blown away and so grateful.

Had my breasts done by Dr hakan Bulam 21 months ago and I couldn’t be more unhappy. Firstly I arrived in the middle of the night and transfer took me straight to the hospital the nurses speak no English so had to use Google translate. The coordinator arrived at around 8.30 as my surgery was at 9. Everything felt very rushed Dr hakan bulam arrived 10 minutes before surgery didn’t show me any implants to look at or feel I was given no choice on size just asked me for photos of breasts I liked. No real consultation. Dr drew markings and said a 350cc implant would be possible.
Surgery went ok. A few days later I was asked to attend clinic for control check it was then I noticed one breast looked a lot bigger and nipples was very uneven. I was told this would not be final look and after 1 year I would see true results. My left breast I have lots of pain even now nearly 2 years later. I expressed many concerns over a year. After a year I was told by his assistant that after speaking with dr I did not need revision and was offered no other solution even though I was in a lot of pain with left breast. Now they do not reply to me they just ignore my concerns and messages. Once they have your money they do not care if you are happy or not.
They pressure you to write reviews 2 weeks after surgery this is still healing time you can not possibly write a review until fully healed. Once you have written your review it makes your case very weak I choose to wait and write mine so my review is fair and honest. Go to a surgeon who cares for his patients and will help you if you have any concerns because Dr Hakan and his team will ignore you when something gos wrong BEWARE as I do not want anyone else to waste their money and go through this experience

Best doctor ever!
I went to Dr. Hakan to perform a mommy makeover, and I was terrified, but I wanted to fix my body after having two children and traveling overseas to do this surgery was scary, too. Still, The first time I met him, I communicated with him about my wishes, and my goal was to have the most natural results. He immediately understood my wishes and answered all of my questions. My surgery was smooth, and the implant size fits my body perfectly!!! I think of Dr. Hakan every day when I look at my body in the mirror, and sometimes, I get emotional because I’m so happy with the results. The prices are pretty good compared to those in the US and Dubai! My only struggle was in the hospital because the nurses didn’t speak English, but they were super friendly and caring, so I communicated with them through Google Translate. I can’t forget the doctor’s two incredible assistants, diadem and Tulin. They became my friends!
