My entire trip to Istanbul was well organised from the very start: the transfer from the airport to the clinic, the interpreter, and the competence of the staff and the doctor. I really appreciated that the doctor calmly and without any fuss explained what was going to be done and which procedure would be best for me. The interpreter was also very good; overall, the examination and operation went quickly (and painlessly). I highly recommend this clinic. The clinic is excellent – I highly recommend it. The staff take great care of their patients. The doctor is highly competent and provided a great deal of information about the treatment and rehabilitation. After a painless operation, my vision had already improved by the evening. I would like to mention the professionalism and attentiveness of the consultant Liana - she did a great job! I was also pleasantly surprised by the clinic's service. I was met at the airport at night, picked up from the hotel in the morning and brought to the clinic. Payment was quick and in 20 minutes I was accompanied by an interpreter who was a real professional.
In just two hours I had a full examination, and already at 14:00 the operation took place. I bore it easily - I was able to go for a walk in the evening. My eyesight started to improve, although it still takes time to fully stabilise.
I am very satisfied and definitely recommend Bookimed and this clinic

My impressions of the trip were extremely positive.
From the organisation of the trip with the manager Ekaterina, to the transfer to the airport.
I had the operation on the day of my arrival. I was accompanied by an interpreter at all stages. The procedure itself was quick and painless. The attending doctor Dr İBRAHİM YAŞAR was very pleased. Competent specialist, pleasant and communicative.
After the operation I had two more days for recovery.
The ward was very comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly and attentive. 3 meals a day.
In general, I can safely recommend this clinic for such procedures, the attending doctor and Bookimrd service.
Competence of doctors, attentiveness of staff. Work of the interpreter. Quick solution of all organisational issues.
Slight delay in receiving invoices and documentation. Minor errors in completion.
