First of all, I must say that until a few years ago, I suffered from severe obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) regarding hygiene. I overcame this obsession over time, but I still have some sensitivity. At Egeport Clinic, I felt extremely comfortable from the very beginning. The clinic's hygiene standards, organization, and care are commendable. I was able to continue my treatment process without the slightest hesitation. I am also quite meticulous and anxious about my teeth. Throughout my treatment, I asked every question that came to mind repeatedly and sought information on various topics. For years, my lower front teeth had been severely worn down due to teeth clenching and grinding. My teeth had shrunk considerably, and this had become aesthetically very bothersome. In addition, I experienced sensitivity to hot and cold, tingling, and sometimes intense pain. They were so worn down that the enamel layer was clearly visible. During this time, I consulted many successful dentists, but almost all of them said it was irreversible and very difficult to treat. No one dared to try. Frankly, I was starting to lose hope. Then, while researching on Google, and especially thanks to the positive reviews on Doctor Takvim, I found Dr. Kutalmış. I'm so glad I chose him. From the first examination, he explained the entire process in detail and clearly. First, he treated the nerves of my teeth with root canal treatment in 3 sessions. Then he performed the necessary reduction procedures and finally fitted my zirconium crowns. The result truly exceeded my expectations. Dr. Kutalmış has an incredibly gentle touch. He explains everything he's doing step by step at every stage, keeping his patients constantly informed. A cheerful, gentle, sincere, and extremely professional doctor. He performed a procedure that no one said was "impossible" almost completely painlessly. In fact, during my last root canal treatment, since the nerve in my tooth was completely removed, he completed the procedure without anesthesia or even an injection, and I didn't feel the slightest pain or discomfort. This was truly impressive for me. We finished my treatment process very comfortably. The clinic is extremely clean, modern, and spacious. The staff's attentiveness, friendliness, and sincerity are also commendable. You feel safe from the very first moment. Furthermore, the fact that my doctor stood behind his work and said he would immediately intervene if any tooth fracture or other problem arose gave me great confidence and put my mind at ease. The use of up-to-date technologies and modern equipment in treatments also caught my attention and increased my trust in the clinic. Finally, I sincerely thank Dr. Kutalmış for his effort, his cheerful demeanor, his kindness, his patience, and his attention. I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Kutalmış through a recommendation. I'm so glad I listened and went to his clinic. He's a very attentive doctor, doing everything he can to resolve even the smallest detail. He follows his work very closely and, most importantly, makes his patients feel very comfortable when they sit in the chair. With the confidence gained from this experience, I decided to have my wisdom tooth extracted, something I'd been putting off for years. There, I had the chance to meet Dr. Arda. I've experienced significant trauma from previous wisdom tooth extractions. However, this procedure was so easy that my wife and I were practically jumping for joy when we left the clinic.
