We traveled from Hawaii to Mexico City to try our first round at an egg retrieval. The clinic we used previously in Hawaii was Hawaii's most expensive and by far the most popular fertility clinic. We found the care there completely lacking, and like we were just a wallet to them. The last year we spent at this clinic had been stressful, heartbreaking and extremely expensive. This is why we sought care elsewhere.
From our very first consultation, Dr. Ruben was so friendly, warm and caring. We felt we were in good care with him. We were wrong, as we had exceptional care from him, and the entire team! Every face we encountered at the clinic; Valeria, Andy Soot and all the nurses, the girls at the front desk, were warm, friendly and so incredibly kind. Traveling so far for this journey was 1000% times worth it, and it has been one of the best decisions we have ever made. Many clinics in the US will use your first round of IVF as a "trial run" to see how you respond to medication. Not here! Dr. Ruben tailored our protocol to get us the very best results that we could with my low amh. He did not disappoint. He was also available to answer any questions very quickly via whatsapp.
I also appreciate the 2 wellness sessions included in our program. Andy is magic! He works absolute wonders. I used his services twice before my egg retrieval, and I truly believe that he played a large role in the final result, along with everything our doctors and nurses have done. This team has been a blessing to us. Hopefully this will be our only egg retrieval, but if I had to do it again, I would look forward to doing another round with Dr. Ruben and the team! Thank you Fertilidad Integral for being such a wonderful place in such a difficult time in our lives!

We are a Black same sex couple who has been on a family planning journey for about one year now. We started with a fertility specialist in Atlanta, GA & after about 5 months decided we wanted to switch due to non-responsiveness, an unwillingness to allow us to attend procedures together & rising unpredictable costs. We began researching clinics in Mexico and after interviews with four different clinics, decided on Fertilidad Integral.
Choosing Fertilidad Integral has definitely been the BEST decision that we have made so far. From our very first interaction with our Care Coordinators and Dr. Hidalgo, it has been nothing but an absolute pleasure to be guided by this team. Every single person we have come into contact with from the reception staff, care coordinators, nurses & doctors at FI has been a joy to work with & has made what is a difficult process much easier. From helping us to coordinate our extended trip abroad (we stayed in CDMX for 20 days), to giving us a clear plan of action, to extending encouraging words on our hardest days & giving us hugs & reassurance through our tears, this team has been EXCELLENT! They treated us with care, compassion & respect. They made us feel like they were truly rooting for us.
We received responsive & comprehensive care, got our questions answered & had help troubleshooting things like a severe needle phobia. All of our interactions and documents were done in English & we never felt rushed or dismissed. We can’t say enough about our support team & nurses especially Jimena, Jacqueline, Alejandra, Marie & Amy. We are so grateful for the patience and care that they extended to us. Our doctor Dr. Jaime Hidalgo is our hero…seriously one of the best doctors in the world. We knew he was special after our very first zoom call but we had no idea how truly blessed we are to have him as our fertility doctor. This man knows what he’s doing. All of his advice has been honest, straightforward & correct. He is gentle, careful not to overpromise but still able to give us hope. He has earned our total trust.
We completed our egg retrieval & are still waiting for the results of genetic testing and hopefully a FET in the coming months. But so far so good. We are in great hands & now know that no matter what happens, we have made the right decision in choosing FI to help us in our process of building our family. We didn’t expect them to become a part of our family but they truly have. We encourage all couples seeking to build their family to choose FI. We highly recommend them without hesitation!!

My entire experience with this clinic has been amazing! The staff is knowledgeable about the entire process and always happy to answer any questions. They curated a relaxing atmosphere with their modern decor, friendly presence, and offering tea and biscuits. I highly recommend taking advantage of the wellness services that are already included in the package. I personally had a massage and acupuncture with Andres. He has a soothing presence that helped alleviate my post procedure stress. If you have any hesitations about this clinic I would say don’t. They turned any uncertainty that I had into great hope. Again, get the tea and biscuits and acupuncture!

From the very beginning, my experience at Fertilidad Integral felt different — in the best possible way — largely because of Dr. Jaime. He is incredibly knowledgeable and calm, but what stood out most was how warm and present he was. There was nothing rushed or transactional about his care. In contrast to many experiences I’ve had in the U.S., he took the time to truly listen, explain things clearly, and make me feel comfortable and genuinely seen. That alone set the tone for a deeply human and compassionate experience.
The clinic is warm, inviting and a great place to come back to. My husband and I enjoyed the cafe feeling - no where in the US would there be coffee and pastries to have while you waited.
I cannot say enough about Andres Soot, who supported me as my acupuncturist and massage practitioner. He is not only kind and highly skilled, but a true healer in every sense of the word. Both times I worked with him, the moment he first touched me I immediately began to cry. It was an instant emotional release — I could feel his energy, his grounded presence, and the deep intention behind his work.
On his table, I felt fully supported, safe, and deeply cared for — not just physically, but emotionally as well. His work created space for my body to soften and for my nervous system to truly rest during an incredibly vulnerable time. I left each session feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to myself.
Fertilidad Integral offers something rare: care that is deeply competent, profoundly compassionate, and truly holistic. I am incredibly grateful for this team and the healing support they provided me.

Andres Soot provided me amazing wellness sessions including acupuncture and massage during my fertility treatments. He is AMAZING. I am so grateful for his wisdom. And his massage techniques feel so good. He helped with my endometriosis as well.
