All expectations were more than met
We chose Hinzentrum Klinikum Kotowice - we have never regretted our choice.
From the moment we met the coordinator to the last visit to the clinic, all the steps came without any obstacles or disappointments.
The coordinator Vera is a wonderful, responsive person, never left without attention, was in touch in case of any need. The visit and acquaintance with the doctor, Vera was organised taking into account all our wishes.
We had an interpreter waiting for us at the clinic - Alona. She accompanied us at every visit to the clinic, so there were no problems with communication. We had the opportunity to ask her for help at any time.
The clinic staff is generally pleasant and smiling.
Alicia Gajevska-Kuharek is a doctor who knows what she is doing, is open to dialogue, answers all our questions and is completely trustworthy.
In general, all stages of the protocol were organised in a timely manner, quickly, all information was available and most importantly, all our questions were answered.

Good organisation...They also speak English and there is a Russian-speaking interpreter..... The appointments are quick... All questions are answered and solved.....
