Zirconia Dental Implant in Infinity Smile

Infinity Smile is a private multi-specialty dental clinic founded in 2005. It's located in Medellin, Colombia, in the Laureles–Santa Teresita district. The medical team has over 20 years of collective clinical experience. CEO Dr. Camila Rojas Díaz leads the clinic as a specialist in prosthodontics and oral rehabilitation. The clinic combines aesthetic results with functional oral healthcare for international and local patients.

Dental Specialties and Rehabilitation

Specialists coordinate to handle complex cases involving multiple oral health needs.

• Dental Cosmetics: The team performs "Smile Design" using ceramic or resin veneers. Procedures are guided by facial harmony, tooth shape, and color.
• Orthodontics: Options include Invisalign and aesthetic self-ligating brackets. These systems straighten teeth without visible metal braces.
• Prosthodontics: Specialists replace missing teeth using fixed or removable prostheses. They offer metal-free crowns for a more natural look.
• Periodontics: This department treats gum bleeding, bad breath, and tooth mobility. Gingivectomy improves the appearance of the gums.
• Endodontics: This specialty manages dental pain and infections. It serves as the primary department for dental emergencies.

Dental Implants and Oral Surgery

Infinity Smile performs surgical procedures on an outpatient basis. The surgeons use biocompatible materials and restorative techniques for long-term stability.

Dental implants at the clinic use titanium attachments to replace lost teeth. A healing period is needed before the final crown is placed. Maxillofacial surgery services cover the extraction of impacted wisdom teeth. The clinic also performs bichectomy – removing fat pads under the cheeks to slim the face. Surgeons make internal cuts to avoid visible scarring.

Diagnostic Requirements and Aesthetics

Treatment planning relies on detailed clinical data. This keeps every restorative or surgical step predictable and safe.

Specialists require CT imaging for all dental implant placements. This scan shows whether there is enough bone for the titanium attachment. For aesthetic whitening, the clinic uses carbamide peroxide in concentrations from 10% to 40%. In-office treatments use LED light to speed up the whitening effect of higher-percentage gels.

International Patient Services

The clinic has a guided process for patients traveling from abroad. English-speaking staff help with communication and treatment coordination.

Infinity Smile offers a digital quote system for international consultations. Patients upload specific assessment photos to receive an accurate treatment plan. Virtual consultations are also available – useful for discussing invisible aligner options before travel. This online evaluation helps patients understand the clinical steps needed before they arrive in Colombia.
