My husband and I both had dental appointments at "Dentavie", and the care we received was outstanding. Yuliia ( international patient coordinator) was simply amazing ! Always prompt to answer a question, scheduled everything as promised ( first visit 3 days). Also, I must compliment the rest of the team, really made us feel comfortable. Dr. Samet was thorough, professional ,but also very good sense of humor, made me laugh few times ,helped my "dental anxiety". Combined, we had bone graft and implant procedures done, everything went smooth, even the short notice anesthesia request was accomodated. The office /waiting area was very clean,complimentary turkish coffee as well. To conclude, they made us feel welcome, thank you.

I’ve just landed back in France from my treatment at DentaVie in Istanbul and genuinely couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. I had 8 veneers, with the treatment completed over 3 visits during a 6-day stay. From my first enquiry right through to the final appointment, the communication was excellent. Messages were answered incredibly quickly, everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed or pressured. The thing that really stood out was the friendliness of everyone at the clinic. The whole team made what could have been quite a daunting experience feel relaxed and even enjoyable. A special mention has to go to my super-cool dentist, Dr. Ezgi Emir. She was fantastic throughout — friendly, reassuring, professional and clearly took great pride in getting the result right. Most importantly, she listened to what I wanted. I wanted an improved, natural-looking smile rather than an exaggerated “Hollywood” look, and I’m absolutely delighted with the result. I chose the full package, which included my hotel and airport transfers. Everything was organised for me, which made the whole trip incredibly easy. The hotel was only around a 10-minute walk from the clinic, which was really convenient. Another unexpected bonus was how much free time I had between appointments. With only 3 treatment visits over the 6 days, I managed to fit in some fantastic sightseeing and really enjoy Istanbul as well. It ended up feeling like a city break as well as a dental trip! From the communication and organisation to the treatment itself and the friendliness of the staff, the whole experience was brilliant. A huge thank you to Dr. Ezgi Emir and everyone at DentaVie. I’d happily recommend them to anyone considering dental treatment in Istanbul.

Communication was clear and consistent throughout, and everything delivered matched exactly what was promised—there were no hidden costs or unnecessary sales pitches. The clinic itself is spotless, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The dentist who treated me was truly superb. She immediately put me at ease, explained each step of the process clearly, and kept me informed throughout. I had a damaged veneer replaced over two consecutive days, and the process was efficient and seamless. The overall value for the quality of care provided was outstanding. This is the second dentist I have used in Istanbul, having visited another clinic almost five years ago, as I am based in the UK. Really friendly staff. I have had no issue getting an appointment. My family dentist is Samet and he has been absolutely brilliant. He is so gentle, kind and interactive with my children who used to be so nervous of going to the dentist. They now don’t mind at all, even my toddler sits nicely in the chair from watching his siblings sit so calmly. I would highly recommend.
