I want to share my excellent experience at the clinic. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionists, who are attentive, polite, and always willing to help. The service is well organized and inspires a lot of confidence. The doctors are also excellent. They explain everything clearly, are patient in answering questions, and show genuine care for the patient. The way they conduct the appointments makes all the difference and puts you at ease.

The service was incredible, the girls at the front desk were super attentive and polite, Dr. Eduardo cleared up all my questions regarding the surgery, and Suellen from finance was a sweetheart—she explained absolutely every detail and made me feel very comfortable! Giving 1 star because there isn’t an option to give 0! I had my appointment at the Medibel clinic, scheduled for 10 a.m., and I had to wait until 12:30 to be seen—a complete lack of respect for my time. I believe that in their minds they’re doing us a favor, and for that reason we have to wait as long as it takes to be seen! After the appointment, my surgical plan with the doctor was breast augmentation over the muscle. After receiving the quote I sent a counteroffer that I got from another super kind doctor I met, who would do exactly the same surgery with the same brand of implant. When I sent the counteroffer to Medibel, Roberta Botelho told me that the price they gave me wouldn’t be for a submuscular or dual-plane placement like they do at Medibel—and that’s exactly the point: my procedure, as the doctor himself said, would NEVER be submuscular or dual plane. After that message from Roberta I began to distrust the clinic because there was a high chance I’d be anesthetized and have a procedure I did not authorize performed on me! Not to mention that the ‘discount’ they offer is not issuing an invoice/receipt, which in large volumes is completely illegal! If you have other options for doctors and clinics, just DO NOT GO TO MEDIBEL! And if you still decide to go, don’t even bother arriving on time for your appointment, because you’ll be seen 2 hours late if you’re lucky!
