I, Syed Irfan Haider from Pakistan, recently visited Medical Park Hospital Bahceliveler, Istanbul for exploring treatment options for my daughter with PRCA. The hospital staff including doctor, International coordinator, translator and nurses were all very friendly/cooperative.
The hospital maintains a very clean/ hygenic outlook.
Mr YAHYA BABAN (our translator) was all the times available to provide us with the best possible comfort, including admin support, management of hospital visits and remove any language barrier with the doctor or nursing staff.
Mr Halit (Khalid Hissain), the international coordinator facilitated our hospital visit and ensured we received the highest standard of care.
Since this was my first visit for initial testing/ diagnosis for my daughter, we are looking forward for the next visit soon for Bone Marrow Transplant.

I had a good experience getting seen by a Consultant Endocrinologist for ~£110 or €125 with availability on the same day. In particular, Yahya in the International Office was brilliantly attentive; an excellent translator (still very useful even though the consultant spoke fair English) who was medically literate with a clinical background. Yahya was organised & had all my notes & paperwork prepared in advance despite sending to him last minute. The hospital & international office staff were all accommodating & friendly & even went above & beyond to help a stray kitten that wandered into the building. I felt in very safe hands!

I want to share our story because words can hardly describe the gratitude we feel. My little girl, Nives, was fighting constant epileptic seizures that changed our lives to their core, and we found our salvation at Medical Park Hospital.
Dr. Türkan UYGUR ŞAHİN and Dr. Halil OLGUN are doctors who do their work with their whole hearts. They achieved what doctors in Croatia could not – they made it possible for our Nives to be seizure-free. Thanks to their expertise and the VNS implantation, they saved my daughter and gave her a chance for a new, more peaceful life. These are experts who possess incredible humanity and love for their patients.
Alongside them was always our Azra HACIOĞLU, who is the soul of the hospital. She is available at all times, even during her time off. She is so much more than a translator – she was our support, a person who stood by us every moment, resolving all our fears and doubts, and providing us with a sense of security.

I had a great experience at Medical Park Bahçelievler Hospital, especially with Dr. Berkay from the Physical Therapy Department. I brought someone close to me who was suffering from severe back pain and difficulty moving due to muscle strain and posture issues. From the very first session, Dr. Berkay was extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely caring.
He carefully assessed the condition, explained the treatment plan clearly, and made sure every session was tailored to the patient’s needs. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, we noticed significant improvement in mobility and pain reduction within a short time. The follow-up and encouragement throughout the recovery process made a huge difference.
