What an amazing experience! Came in for a general checkup. The staff quickly whisked us from one department to another. Every doctor was so well experienced and kind. The amount of work we accomplished in one day, I wouldn't be able to do in months in the US. I won't even mention the savings for health care. Its unbelievable! Their doctors are top rate and all our results were given to us within hours. Im making this an annual family vacation destination!😊

Had a great experience here. Came in for pain in L abdomen. Irem took care of me through the whole process from labs to examinations in English. She was very helpful in translating and getting things moving. It turned out I had a kidney stone which just needed to pass. Recommend this hospital!

Can’t recommend the Hospital unfortunately! Translator service was great, especially Irem, she was the only helpful person there! Machinery is state of the art, but doctors and assistants treat you like a money bag. The recommended surgeon wasn’t even a specialist in the field I needed (breast lesion), they examined but never explained, I got results only after harassing them. In the end I waited for the results of the necessary biopsy for nearly 2 weeks, the doctor went on holidays and I had to find a replacement (only possible with the help of Irem!), pay again just so that the other doctor could tell me the results! Nervewracking! Then it took them nearly 3 weeks to get back to me, because an operation was „urgent“!! In the meantime I already found another, trustworthy specialist. I‘ve never been treated with this level of indifference before!

We were very pleased with the Percedurr specially Prof. Dr. Erol who not only performed the surgery but also became our friend because of his professional, kind and friendly attitude through our stay here. The staff specially the staff and nurses on the 10th floor were very kind and extremely friendly. We recommend this hospital to anyone.

While in Izmir I had a problem with my hernia which needed surgery. After visiting medicana hospital in Izmir, which is more like a 5 star hotel than a hospital, I was referred to their international department. In this department I had the pleasure of meeting a young lady by the name of hana BRAZA, who speaks several languages fluently. (turkish,english,french,arabic) More importantly she is a kind and very professional person. She arranged for me to see a surgeon and oversaw all the necessary procedures for me to have the operation. Medicana hospital is a top notch hospital with all staff being very professional and understanding. Again, to hana braza in the international department, thank you so very much for accompanying me through this process from beginning to end. God bless you all.
