Very good experience. LASIK performed on both eyes with high negative diopters. Dr Fischinger is highly skilled, very well informed about latest developments in medical science. He was down to earth and fun to interact with. His staff are very courteous. The facilities are modern and well located. Highly recommended.

From start to finish, extremely happy! Most importantly, the surgery to insert bifocal lenses in both eyes was a bliss. In contrast to other clinics who seem to sell just their preferred brand of bifocal lenses, I felt that Professor Tetz takes a very tailored, artisanal approach, trying to find the perfect solution for each patient with competence and creativity. In my case, he chose different lenses for each eye, resulting in four distinct distances of perfect focus, from reading to watching the stars. The femto phako laser made for an extremely pain-free surgery and fast recovery as promised. Prior to proceeding with my surgery here, I also had obtained an assessment and proposal from Lasermed and I really liked that the Augentagesklinik Spreebogen did a more thorough assessment (they have an impressive machine park) and that Prof Tetz did a much more comprehensive and informative discussion prior to the surgery than his competitor. Getting an appointment was easy, and the wait for all appointments was fairly short, at most 10-15 minutes. Also the invoice was transparent without any surprises and passed muster by my health insurance without any issue.

Had a general check-up with Dr. Fischinger as I supposedly (last doctor diagnosed) have a scar in my right eye and my vision seemed not great neither. Addionally it is to say that I was quiet nervous before the appointment. Dr. Fischinger and all his staff were absolutely great and with their pleasant and friendly manner could reduce my anxiety before the actual "procedure". During the check-up he explained everything in detail upfront and I was always feeling "save". (Additionally there is no scar and my eye sight is better than expected). All adminstrative steps were intuitive and explained upfront where necessary. All in all a wonderful experience!

Obwohl "nur Kassenpatient" wurde ich behandelt und betreut wie ein Privatpatient. Stets freundlich und geduldig, und das von ca. acht verschiedenen Mitarbeitern, die sich mit mir befaßten. Terminvergabe und und kurze Wartezeiten sind top aufgrund guter Praxisorganisation.Meine Graue Star-OP war eine der Hit und mir wurde alles genau erklärt, auch die Nachteile usw. Insgesamt eine extrem hoher Standard, danke nochmals an das ganze Team.

Sehr kurze Wartezeiten dank guter Planung - wenn man einen Termin hat, kommt man spätestens nach einer halben Stunde auch dran, nicht wie in vielen Berliner Praxen nach mehreren Stunden. Ich habe hier zum ersten Mal erlebt, dass man mir auch die Nachteile meiner Augentropfen erklärt und mir die Entscheidung überlassen hat, ob ich mit den Nachteilen der Augentropfen oder den Nachteilen ihrer Nicht-Einnahme besser leben kann.

Vor drei Jahren die Augen lasern lassen mit einwandfreiem Ergebnis. Brauchte jetzt noch einen Entlassungsbefund für die Führerscheinstelle und wurde sehr freundlich am Telefon bedient. Vielen Dank!
