I live in north san diego county. I got 2 implants here and some fillings filled. I used meth when I was younger and I destroyed my teeth. I cant tell you how much it made me feel better about myself getting my beautiful smile back. You cant tell I had any work done. I highly recommend this place. I also paid for my baby mommas teeth to be fixed here too. They have better equipment then some dentists ive been to in th USA. Its really close to the border. I drive in and they have safe free parking. If your not comfortable driving they will pick you up at the border and drop you off when you're finished. The prices are fair and WAY cheaper than in the states. One of my dentists in san diego got specialized training in mexico. Lots of dentists do. Dont be afraid to come down. They are professional, nice, and Dr. Mendoza is obsessed with making your teeth look perfect. My dentist in san diego couldnt care less. Huge difference here. Once my daughter gets her permanent teeth in i will get her braces here or see what options they provide.

Andres is the GOAT! 🏆 I went down and had some work done and he was super nice and amazing. My Spanish is a Lil rough so having him explain everything in English was very comforting and calming. He also made sure that I got a topical anesthetic before getting the local anesthetic injectable since I'm kind of a wimp when it comes to pain 🤣🙈so happy he made sure I was pain free. it was actually really nice I had an earbud in listening to music. Very cozy dental chair too I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep while they were working on me. I also really like that they dont use those bulky sunglasses dentists normally put on you. Those dont really block out any light even if you close your eyes. Instead they place a nice black fabric cover over your eyes and face so its alot more cozy and completely blocks out any light. Also nice because you dont have water splashing on your face like other dentists. I'm going back for a follow up next week and I really hope Andres will be there 🤞🏽

Such a great emergency visit. Had a tooth that needed an emergency root canal and crown and they were able to help all in one day. I’m so pleased they were kind and explained everything. Will definitely recommend to friends and revisit for future work. Prices are good and didn’t feel pressured to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with. Thanks again

I had work done at perfect smile 3 years ago. I am so glad that I did. I have since been seen in the US. Everyone has said the work was quality and that they used Straumann and Neodent. I would tell me best friends to go to Perfect Smile any day. Their prices are half of the price in the US. We go to Mexico for all kinds of medical/dental. We fly into San Diego, we take Uber ($50-60)to the to the San Ysidro border and walk over. It is fairly fast and often they don’t even look at our passports. Once across ONLY use your Uber/Lyft app for rides. On the way back—totally different. Don’t walk back over. It will likely take hours and hours. Take the CBX Cross Border XPress or Mexicoach. It takes no more than 15-30 minutes. We have done it 4 times. The first time we got suckered and paid $60 each for tickets from a guy in the street for the same ticket you buy at the window for $10-15 dollars. They take you to the fast cross front of the line. You get through in minutes and are in the US. From there, take the trolly/bus back to the airport this could take 45-90 minutes at most. Or just get an Uber from there to airport. Our decision to Uber is time based. Otherwise we might not care. If it is hot out. Good grief, take Uber. The trolley has insufficient A/C. Do not get hustled. Use your ride share apps only and buy tickets from kiosk or station windows only from either side of border. Also we stay in Airbnb while there and we stay close to a grocery store and shopping to make it easy. A nice airbnb will be $40-100 a night. Where as some of the hotels will be $100-250 a night. It’s your call. We stay at the Adamante Towers near Hippodramada as there is a Walmart and grocery store across the street. All kinds of food and shopping nearby and it feels very safe. Only it is about ten minutes away by bus or car. Uber might cost you $4-5 each way whereas bus is .50 cents or maybe $1. Taking the bus to the dentist is like $1 or less each way. If you are planning on going out at night, 1. Be careful, 2. This might be too far away from downtown. There is nightlife everywhere. It just depends on what you want. There are two big swap meats by hippodramada also. One is the xxl swap meet. Another tip. Do not pay with US dollars. Huge mistake. Only swap cash at the official currency places. Check your rate. Do your own math. Make cheat sheets so you know what 500 pesos and and 10,000 pesos are. Avoid trading currency at your hotel or some business as even Walmart will short you and think nothing of it. I promise. Download offline maps of the entire city in your google account so you can get directions easily from anywhere when not online. If you take a taxi, first check the Uber/lyft price and make sure it is within reason. ALWAYS get your price of a taxi trip beforehand. You will get 5 blocks down the road to your destination. They will demand $20 US and act sideways if you think you are not going to pay it. Do yourself that favor and get the price agreed upon before they start driving. Even water from nice Airbnb or restaurant sink can sometimes still make you sick. Bottled water is best. That being said, much of the street food is crazy good. I try not to think about the fact is may have been made in someone’s bathtub where their 6 kids take a bath. You are gonna have to trust the food is that good that you can overlook it. Lololol. Perfect Smile—totally awesome!! Very clean, very professional. They use the most state of the art equipment. Very knowledgeable and very good.

This was my first time getting dental implants at this facility, and I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. They really take the time to care about their patients and explain everything clearly. I appreciated that they walked me through all the options available and helped me choose what would work best for my situation instead of pressuring me into one decision.
The process was smooth, and the team was very attentive throughout the entire visit. They made sure I understood each step and checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Another big plus is that the cost was much more affordable compared to getting the same procedure done in the United States, but the quality of care was still excellent.
Overall, I highly recommend this facility to anyone considering dental implants or other dental work. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and truly focused on providing great care. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely come back again.

I’ve been coming here for the past six years and the experience has always been excellent. The staff is amazing, professional, and they work very hard to make sure patients are comfortable. The clinic has state-of-the-art equipment and everything is always handled with care and professionalism.

Dr. Espinoza has been incredible throughout the entire process. I’ve had four implants done here and the results have been outstanding. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality of work they provide.

At this point, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth. Highly recommended.
