I highly recommend the clinic, especially the biomedical professional Pâmela at the Laranjeiras branch. Throughout 2024 I had several procedures with this professional, who always demonstrated incredible technical knowledge, was willing and able to deliver good results, and listened to and accommodated my needs in a humane, sincere, and realistic way.

There is nothing to complain about with Lifecare's service. Quite the opposite, in fact. From the front desk, with receptionists Amanda and Brenda who always greet me with a smile and make the atmosphere while waiting for the procedure relaxed, making me feel welcome; to the procedures themselves carried out by the estheticians Karina, Pamela, and Silvana, who are highly professional! I am very satisfied with the clinic overall. I have had the opportunity to be seen more often by Karina, who has always treated me excellently, maintaining professionalism with outstanding skill and knowledge in her field. I also thank the supervisor Cida, who welcomed me very well at the clinic and has always been helpful in resolving any situations that required attention, offering me treatments intended to solve the issue, paid for by the clinic in this case. I am very satisfied with the clinic's professionalism and service. From the beginning, the support on Instagram with Raphaela was excellent—she was always ready to answer all my questions attentively and kindly. Then, in person at the clinic, the reception service and the super professional evaluation with Cida cleared up all my doubts and made me very comfortable to bring up my concerns. Finally, the appointment with the biomedical professional Renata, who spoke with me once again, explained the microfocused ultrasound procedure in detail and once again listened to all my concerns. I realized my care was personalized, made for me. I can't wait to have other procedures done! I left the clinic confident and happy.
