The lift in my jowls is already a dramatic improvement
My biggest worry was how the final result would look, and whether it would be worth the recovery. Even though I’m still quite puffy around my jawline, the lift in my jowls is already a dramatic improvement. That part is a huge relief. The staff and clinic environment were excellent from start to finish. Turning my head feels slightly tight but okay. The surgeon did good work, though I rated them a 4/5 as I felt some communication could have been a bit more compassionate after surgery.The most challenging part has absolutely been sleeping elevated. That's no fun. I would still recommend this clinic.
The Bookined coordinator and the Quartz Clinic staff were fantastic: supportive, helpful, compassionate. All updates were communicated to me promptly. The hotel booked for me is really excellent, with smooth transfers and kind drivers. Spot on!
I didn't give the doctor 5 stars because she made me cry the day after surgery. She could adopt a different approach towards me after surgery, with more understanding and compassion, especially since I was there on my own and at the end of the day, she's received all the information required, it doesn't matter from whom. The stress has a significant impact on me. Aside from that, she was great.

Honestly, I couldn't fault anything
If you're considering this, my coordinator stayed in touch and really held my hand through it all. The clinic itself feels like a 5-star hotel; it's very clean and modern, and the staff were attentive and nice. My surgeon, Dr. Aysel Pashazade, was professional but warm. During the consultation, she carefully examined my facial structure and was very clear in explaining where the incisions would be placed. After the surgery and discharge, the team was still there for me. I always got a response back, no matter how late it was, which showed they genuinely care about their work. The only additional expenses I had were for antibiotics and painkillers, which cost next to nothing in Turkey. Honestly, I couldn't fault anything.
The co-ordinator stayed in touch and held my hand through it all. The clinic was like a 5 star hotel, really clean and modern. Staff were very attentive and nice. Dr Aysel Pashazade was professional but warm and really knows her job. I am very happy. And after my surgery and discharge from the hospital, they were there with me. I always got a response back from them no matter how late it was and that for me was equally important because you knew they genuinely love what they do and want to make a difference

Everything went perfectly
I was initially concerned about the logistics of traveling for a procedure, but the whole experience was very well organized. Everything went perfectly. I’m recovering well without any problems, and I am very satisfied with the treatment and the entire process. The surgeon clearly explained the extraction and implantation steps, which was reassuring. The team was helpful and professional, making it easy to ask any questions before arriving. While post-procedure support has been a little slow to respond, I am still very satisfied. My advice for future patients: follow the clinic’s instructions carefully and bring comfortable button-up shirts.

The service provided by the surgeon and the staff was excellent from start to finish
My biggest concern was about the clarity of the process and the final costs. In that respect, everything went well. The medical team were very professional and put me at ease before the procedure, which involved an injection of temporary hyaluronic acid, up to 10 ml. Everything went according to plan. One important thing to note: there were additional costs that weren’t included in the initial payment to the clinic, so you need to allow for that. I’m still at the start of my recovery, but the service provided by the surgeon and the staff was excellent from start to finish.

What gave me the most confidence was my surgeon sitting down with me to draw the incision lines right before the procedure.She was very honest about what results would be realistic for my age and even checked on me personally after I woke up from the general anesthesia. The procedure covered my full face and neck, and while it's still too early to tell what the final outcome will be, the support has been good. The staff are always easy to reach. I also appreciated that there were no additional expenses. My main advice would be to arrive a day before your operation for the consultation with your doctor, and make sure to tell them what you eat.
Everything went excellently with the coordinator. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Paysal, who was my surgeon, was kind and knowledgeable.
The staff's English could have been better. The food served was the same for lunch and dinner for two days — chicken and rice. I told them I was vegetarian, but was still served chicken and rice for lunch and dinner.
